we are happy with the work generally apart from a few things that had to be re done, like sealing a part of the bay window as there was some leak and draft coming in. Staff responded quickly when we asked them to check it.

I have recently had a porch built by West Midlands Double glazing. I cannot praise the Company enough and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is contemplating having similar work done. From the planning ,construction and completion they did a wonderful job. The materials and standard of workmanship was first class. The owner and the workmen were very professional. I am extremely satisfied with quality of the windows as well as the workmanship of the installers. They arrived on time and carried out the work tidily as they went along. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. The quote was very reasonable and justified.

Great experience last year when we had our front door replaced. Staff were extremely professional and cleaned up as if they were never there. Price was non negotiable, would have expected a small bit of wiggle room

Just had a door replaced with this guys, since they fit the door it was not closing properly, but they told me to wait a week so the ruber gasket will settle. Now after 1 month my dor still not looking properly, in fact it got worse then it was, I have call them after a week and explain them that the door is not closing properly. They said that a door engineer will come to fix my door, this was 3 weeks ago. Since then I keep calling and they keep postponing me with different appointments every week and no one came to see the door, after 3 weeks and 4 miss apoiments, they send same guy who fit the door. he started smashing
the door to lock, telling me that is nothing wrong with the door when the door is visible not aligned properly, and then he left. Totally unacceptable. Unprofessional and unreliable company. Now I have to spend more time until financial ombudsman or small claims court to sort my issue.

Had all my windows replaced and a conservatory in grey colour they look great on 12 months interest free payment plan. really happy with their work, I have already recommended them to two people.

West Midlands Double glazing is the best company as I got aN appointment immediately for my pouch and was seen by a professional advisor, who was very informative and gave us a price we could not refuse.
When the day came for fitters to do the job, they were through and did a clean job.
Cleaned up afterwards with no mess.

Just had the 3 visit of this company to fix the work that they (didn't) done when they install my windows and front door!!!and to start have to call someone to explain what was the problem because didn't understand good English!!!!
2 finish the job( I think!!!!!) Close the door with out a word enter in the van and drove off!!! With out a word....honestly I'm the one staying with out Words, so mad I'm about choosing this company!!!!

This company started an extension for me, Pav had a great sales pitch. They have been awful from start and still yet to finish. The job started in July and its been comical. The plasterboard has been ripped off and re-done about 3 times and i've now got uneven walls. The electrician wasn't qualified and installed unprotected cables underground, the roof still leaks, nails in my electric cables and the list goes on...I had to explain to these so called professionals on how to carry out most parts of the job. Complete nightmare company, I've since terminated their contract and will aim to get someone else to complete this job to a high standard that Pav originally assured me. If you are having work done by them, please ask for certification or company details especially from the electrician. They don't have the skillset to carry out extension works. Pav will maximize his profits using the cheapest labour possible. All of their work is sub contracted out to workers who claim to be professionals and WMG don't vet them. This company should never be allowed to carry out any type of building construction work.

This company has built us a conservatory and 3 months now they cannot be bothered to finish it. If u want your finished DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY we are still waiting to have it finished.

Wish i could not even give 1 star! Decided to go with this company after recommendation from a trusted source, all sounded great at first! We had just brought the property and wanted to get the windows sorted before moving in, after completion went to see the new windows and was shocked to see the finish! I have big massive holes everywhere and back marks, hand prints all over the newly painted property!!! Have been in touch with them to get this sorted but so far no joy! Really disappointed to say the least, there are other companies who offer finance packages, i wish i did more research for saying yes yo west Midlands doubles grazing!!!

I had a porch done the work is absolutely rubbish and the brickwork was finished with no mortar in some of the joints told the company but a very poor response and the foundation is hollow. And without my agreement they got paid by the Finance company even after I had advised that the work is not completed . It's a legal matter now...and the brick work appears to be cracking... please keep away from this company .
The cost of this work is 9k hopping by paying extra we thought we would get a beautiful job....

Had some windows and a composite door from these guys. Truly professional service from the sales rep, to the office staff, to the fitters. Guarantee certificate and fensa all received too!
