Great products and excellent customer service
We have ordered 3 bathrooms and a downstairs cloak through WestOne Battersea and the whole process has been a joy!
We were lucky enough to be guided through everything by Jo who was fantastic. She totally understood the look we were after and helped us select the right products.
If you can, I really advise taking advantage of the design service because it really helped us make the right choices and brought it all to life.
I cannot recommend this company enough.

Great experience with West One…
Great experience with West One Bathrooms.
Ordered a range of sanitaryware including Dornbracht products, and the service was excellent throughout. Alex was particularly helpful — proactive, clear in communication, and easy to deal with.
Everything was handled smoothly and to a high standard.
Would definitely recommend West One Bathrooms.

A great experience, we would definitely use West One Bathrooms again
I would really recommend West One Bathrooms. We had our bathroom designed by Sophie from the Garret Lane show room.
For the design stage, Sophie put together a design which cleverly made the most of the space in our relatively small bathroom and included thoughtful details which made the space feel luxurious. My feedback from the first design was listened to and the designs could easily be envisioned and amended on the computer in the showroom.
The delivery was smooth and contact with West One Bathrooms was good throughout the installation stage. There were some very small amendments to the order that were needed once the installation started which West One Bathrooms helped us with straight away.
The whole process was smooth and efficient and we're very pleased with the finished result - thank you!

I recently visited the new Cobham…
I recently visited the new Cobham showroom and had a really good experience working with Rebecca. She was very knowledgeable, and you could tell she genuinely knew what she was talking about, which made the whole process feel much easier.
I had a rough idea of the style I wanted for my bathroom, and she helped bring it all together, suggesting products that worked really well and suited the look I was going for. She also came up with ideas I wouldn’t have thought of on my own, which made a big difference.
Overall, I’m really happy with the service and would definitely recommend Rebecca to anyone looking for help and guidance with their bathroom project.
