The delivery took a long time
The delivery took a long time. We were only advised of the delay a weeks after placing the order and even then, despite the assurance to dispatch without further delay I had to contact them again to chase.

I had an urgent bathroom upgrade…
I had an urgent bathroom upgrade requirement and found a fantastically priced product at Westside Bathrooms. They don't do an overnight delivery but a very reasonably priced 2-5 days delivery. I called them as 2 days would be fine, 5 days less so. I spoke with them about the likely delivery ETA to north London. They are very helpful. I got it 42 hours later. Fabulous business. Would definitely use again. Incidentally, beautifully wrapped in brown wrapping paper - like a gift!
