Hi, thank you for your feedback. Upon checking your order the transit time was 5 working days. You have place the order on Friday evening the 1st of October and your parcel was delivered on the 7th of October (Friday). Our return policy is very simple and clear stating that we do offer 30 days return policy but do not offer free returns. You opened the return case and received an automatic email with instructions how to send the item back. If you will have any questions, please let us know.

Fantastic
Quick and easy to use. I hadn’t heard of the website before hand and the price was a lot cheaper then other places I visited however the suit seems to be very good quality and the delivery was very quick. All in all I’m very pleased

Thank you for your feedback. After checking your order, we have seen that you have ordered a waistcoat not a blazer. You have sent us an email and received a reply within 24h with an advice how to send the item back if you are not satisfied.

Amazing customer service, I ordered my sons prom suit 5 days before prom and realised once it arrived that i ordered the wrong size, phoned the shop and offered to drive to them to exchange; the guy was amazing and send out another suit next day delivery whilst waiting to receive the original suit back so that it was here on time.
