The product you ordered were on a 2 working day delivery as per the information on the product page, I can see that the team offered the shipping refund to you and that was then applied to your bank account.

We're truly sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced with our delivery partner. We understand how frustrating it can be when a delivery doesn't go as planned, especially when it affects your work.

First and foremost, we want to assure you that your feedback is important to us. We regularly review our partnerships to ensure we provide our customers with the best possible service, and your comments will be taken into consideration as we evaluate our relationship with courier partners.

We would like to clarify that we dispatched your parcel on the same day you placed your order. Parcelforce has informed us that they attempted delivery on three separate occasions, but unfortunately, you were not available to receive the parcel. We have GPS data from Parcelforce to confirm the driver's presence at your location.

Please note that Parcelforce requires a signature for delivery and may not be able to leave the package with a neighbour if they are not available to sign for it. In the future, if you have specific delivery instructions or anticipate being unavailable during delivery hours, we recommend including notes with your order so we can make arrangements to accommodate your needs.

We understand that the delivery process can be frustrating, but we strive to provide excellent service to our customers. In this instance, it seems that the issue was related to the delivery attempts, which is beyond our control, our team worked diligently to process and dispatch your order promptly.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on Trustpilot. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us to continuously improve our services. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience you experienced with the delayed delivery of your parcel.

Please note that over 99% of our deliveries do go out for next day delivery, and we are committed to providing prompt and reliable service. However, on this occasion, it seems that an unforeseen increase in parcels due to the bank holiday has caused a delay in the courier's delivery schedule. We understand that this was not ideal, especially since you needed the product for a specific job.

The local courier depot to you had the parcel the next day after you ordered (Wed), unfortunately the first time we knew of the delay was when you emailed at 9.54pm on Friday evening - you collected the parcel the next morning. We would have contacted the courier and would have sorted for you prior to your journey there if known.

While we strive to maintain the highest possible standards, there may be occasional circumstances beyond our control that can affect the delivery timeline. We will certainly take your feedback into account and will continue to work closely with our courier partners to ensure a smoother delivery process in the future.
