I love dealing with We Switch you because they get the best rates available for my 3 accounts when my contracts are up and advise me during the year if I need to make changes. As you completed your switch through our online self-signup journey, there was no interaction with a member of our team before you signed up. When a customer clicks “Get Started”, the first information presented explains that WeSwitchU is a premium, paid electricity and gas switching service. our actual service fee is also clearly outlined as part of the switch process when a customer must click to accept the fee and the terms and conditions.
However, the fee covers more than the initial switch. For the following 12 months, we continue to review the energy market on your behalf and, if a better deal becomes available that could save you more money, we can arrange another switch for you.
You also have the support of our team throughout those 12 months should you experience any issues with your energy supplier.
We hope this clarifies how our service and fee were presented when you signed up, as well as the ongoing service your fee provides.
