Ordered Sept 5, 2026. Understand up to 14 business days for processing before shipping. Still processing today, Oct 6, 2026. Contacted support and got copy/paste response. I have lost complete faith in this whole operation. I have purchased many items and each experience declines. Just got the email reminding me to use my points. Why should I? Looking for a way to get management contacted to realize this becomes a major business problem. I am not on social media platforms so maybe I start signing up to trash this place that doesn't understand customer satisfaction. No way to put minus 5 stars.

The timeframe from purchase to delivery. Especially since this is a US company.
Still waiting on my holster. Ordered 2 weeks ago.
Ordered a tactical belt separately, and the delivery process has just been reached, but nothing on my holster and mag holder.
This has caused major reservations and hesitation when it come to more purchases and recommendations to colleagues or family.

Bad economy, shirts are expensive. Glad you had the 6 shirt pack for $60. Great website, easy to use. Just wish the shirts were $25 instead of $30 because we have to pay shipping too.

This holster was replaced under their lifetime warranty . The process was simple and quickly taken care of . 10/10 would recommend. Pairing their gun belt and holster makes carrying a full size S&W full size 9mm very comfortable

Took longer than expected to recieve holster. For $70 the holster seems very cheaply made. Holster is very thin and has sharp edges. The print on the holster is grainy and dull. Bolts dont have any flourishes that you get with other companies. Fitment was fine. Ordered two holsters. Not impressed in the least bit. Will not be a return customer.
