I loved renting a room at WEVLC. They are a bit more expensive compared to other rooms, but the difference is that WEVLC is a community for internationals and promotes co-living. It’s an easy way to meet new people, and their customer service is amazing and personal.

It was a very easy process from the start. They are very professional and the apartments are super modern. I love it!

My stay in Valencia with Welvc has been excellent. When I was searching, I was a bit afraid because I contacted them from a distance and couldn’t visit the rooms, but I trusted them, and they have been very kind — especially Isabell, who helped me with the whole process, welcomed me to the apartment, and gave me some extra tips for my stay in Valencia. The apartment is completely renovated with a minimalist design, and my flatmates were international and very kind. I totally recommend the agency !

He estado viviendo un mes en un piso de weVLC. Mi experiencia ha sido muy buena, he conocido a gente de otros países durante mi convivencia y eso me ha enriquecido mucho, además de que he recordado tener que hablar en inglés. Trato muy bueno y muy recomendable todo.

Beautiful apartments, helpful stuff, nice gatherings

Great apartment! The room was nice, and I had a private balcony. It was the perfect setup to feel at home from the first night onwards, with the room being fully equipped. Common areas were clean, and the roommates were all amazing. The team was also very quick to answer and help—before, during, and even after my stay. I would recommend it to anyone.

I lived for a few months in an apartment from weVLC, and it was a beautiful home with always great service from them.

I had a great time living there. The service was perfect, everything was well communicated and I actually loved the place and my roommates. It felt like home immediately. Of course, you have to have luck with the roommates. There was an issue with the apartment due to construction im the apartment above, but that’s not weVLCs fault and they were incredibly nice and responsive to solve the isssues. Would recommend to friends and use again for short term stays!

We rented an apartment for 3 months and we like it very much. good service and friendly people

We have been in contact with weVLC for a short-term rent in Valencia. The girls with whom we have been talking with have been very supportive and helpful, very quick in their answers. Also the signing of contract was very easy. Unfortunately we cannot recommend this agency because they charged us 300€ for cleaning without having sent any receipts and without having agreed to a specific hourly rate for that (the apartment was 20 sqm and had many issues)

I really enjoyed my time at the apartment from weVLC. It was nice and tidy and everything was as promised. The communication with weVLC was always quick and easy! 100% recommendable
