Wex have taken time to understand our business and how we work. We also have been supported throughout the fuel price escalation with ongoing updates and haven't had overnight price increases unlike other providers.

We have been using Wex for several years, they are consistent and fair in their pricing. We also enjoy collecting the Nectar points with this fuel card, as few other cards offer the rewards that this one does.
I also have a great account manager Jason, who will call me weekly and check in to make sure the pricing is right, and if it isn't will do his best to make sure it is next week, he also calls to let me know of any movements in the fuel market so I can be forewarned of any sudden increases, this is particularly vital in the haulage industry.
Wex is definitely one of our favourite fuel cards.

Ik kreeg een gratis tankkaart omdat ik nog twijfelde opzich niets mis mee ik moest 200 euro borg betalen die ik een jaar later zou terug krijgen ik borg betaald tankkaarr gekregen na een jaar en 3 maanden achter mijn borg gevraagd na een jaar en 3 maanden correct te betalen met automatische betalingen met het antwoord dat ze de borg niet kunnen terug betalen omdat ze niet zeker weten of her bedrijf financieel sterk was dit vond ik dus dikke zever waar is het vertrouwen naartoe ik vind de service van wex op niets trekken

Als alles loopt zoals het hoort te gaan, valt een accountmanager nauwelijks op. Als dingen niet gaan zoals het hoort, wordt deze persoon wel belangrijk!
Meedenken, problemen oplossen, betrouwbaar, en bereikbaarheid maken dan het verschil.

Ik ben al lange tijd klant bij Wex en ik wil graag een compliment geven aan Clementine. Ze heeft mij fantastisch geholpen en staat altijd klaar voor mij. Loonsverhoging is wel op zijn plaats wat een enorme aanwinst voor het bedrijf!

The reason for a 5* rating is mainly down to our fuel card manager Marie. She is extremely helpful and friendly while remaining totally professional. If i have any queries, they are sorted promptly. As a company with a fleet of vehicles, i often get other fuel card providers wanting us to go to them. But along with the prices, Marie is the main reason i stay. She is a credit to your company.

Excellent communication with our Account Manager Marie has been the key to our business relationship with Wex / Esso. Nothing is ever a problem and our phone calls are a pleasure, not a chore. I never have any worries with our account, we're in very safe hands!

They have started charging a admin charge 6 months in as I don't use over 300 litres of fuel in a month. The account manager Russ admits I should of been set up as an low usage user and I shouldn't be charged but they don't want to refund me for their mistake. This has been going on for months. Can anyone help?
