Awful. Do not use the Rhyl branch. Very unprofessional

Not great - dismissive attitude on phone. Made to feel a nuisance really so it put me off the property. Shame.

Beware vendors. I have phoned yesterday the Rhyl branch to book a viewing on a property for sale. Called at 11.30 am spoke to lady who said she will pass my number to sales team, she says they are really busy this week so likely can’t book a viewing till next week but someone will call me back.
No call back.
So this morning I call again and leave an answer machine message outlining what I want and reiterating I’ve had no call back as promised from the day before. Still no call back and now it’s after office hours.
I feel concerned for any vendor who has placed their property up for sale with this agent.

We bought through William gleave for our second property. Tbh was not impressed at all.. communication was quite slow throughout the whole process, on some occasions multiple emails being sent and calls made to communicate where was at. On arrival of collecting keys no card / bottle nothing not even a congratulations just here’s the keys thanks! On arrival to our new property there was a lot of issues which we informed William gleave about and our solicitors and to this day have never heard ANYTHING from William gleave not even to check up on how we got on with the solicitors etc which is disgusting in my opinion. It was basically here’s the keys off you go cut you off straight away. I would never buy through them again as I can honestly say I was not impressed.

Working with Alex has been great. He moved our house purchase along and kept us in the loop at all times. Was able to complete in 5 weeks with grateful thanks to Alex and his team. Always ready to help. Thanks everyone.

Telephoned this office twice to enquire about a property just to be met with a ringing telephone. Visited the Holywell branch on 3 separate occasions to find the branch closed in the middle of the day. Eventually had to email and that took 2 days to get a reply. If you are looking to sell your property i would look elsewhere.

Where do i start. Terrible experience. Would help if you had staff that were able to open their mouths without a lie coming out. Maybe its an occupational hazard. One female member of staff attempted to show a client around my property but couldn't find it!! That is on a normal street of houses and she was my estate agent talk about incompetence. Avoid this branch at all costs Would give no stars but there is no button for that !!!
