(No hidden cost) He communicated that he was running slightly late, which I appreciated as it meant he was professional and cared for your time. He very quickly fixed the problem. Also did maintenance on the stiffness of the lock which he did with ease.

I asked Paul to check on the problems of the smart lock. Paul was on time and friendly. He explained clearly on the root cause and provided a workable solution. It turned out the problem was caused by the misalignment of the strike plates. I wish I had asked Paul to come and check my carpenter's work right after the door was installed!
