Contacted them via online they contacted me gave me a quote I accepted it they gave me the restrictions and terms I said okay accepted them when I got a call from the local U-Pull-It location it wasn't the right price it wasn't the what they say wasnt what they meant to saysame number it wasn't the same terms etc etc

Pays to little. Wasted a entire day waiting on tow company

It was easy setting up a time to pick up the vehicle. The process was seamless and the driver was really nice. Additionally, they paid more for the vehicle than the competition.

The experience was fine. Per say - I have no personal gripes with this business. The reason for only 4 stars is a overall perception. Businesses generally know what the others are doing. So...giving a quote in the ballpark of the rest doesn't make one stand out. And the amounts we are talking about are bottom line. In order to put on self above the others- it would be great to give an initial quote somewhat above the other. Say in my case- at least $1500. It shows 2 things. First, a genuine concern for the customer. Secondly, that they are able to flip numbers. In the decades I've been around- money is too foremost in the front. What you are providing should be. That's why I detest eating out. Full service restaurants don't understand why there are in business. To finish- a great experience overall. But there is always room for growth.

I had contacted several companies to sell a car that had a siezed engine. Wheelsaway offered me the best price. And they worked with a great team APEX and Copart.. Apex coordinated to get the title work complete and all paperwork in order. Copart picked up the car. They all worked well together.

This was the easiest transaction I have ever been apart of. I entered my trucks info on the wheelsaway website and not 15 minutes later I was on the phone with Joe going over a few specific questions about my vehicle because a buyer had already made an offer. Total phone call was maybe 10 minutes Joe explained everything and after our conversation I was offered a great amount of money for my vehicle and the next day it was picked up and I had the check in my hand. I would highly recommend and will definitely use this service again when I need to get rid of a vehicle!!!
