I cant say enough how happy I am with the store located off Hesperian in San Leandro. Jimmy and his crew are always so welcoming and helpful. I have had enough issues going on with my vehicles, and each time they were there to accommodate. At this point as a women most places i have been to in the past, took advantage of me thinking i dont know much about my car and that was their biggest mistake! Finding Wheelworks was my life saver and I highly recommend you take your car for all your needs, their prices are reasonable especialy when using their coupons,

On 12.21.22, I contacted the store in Newark Ca and Fremont Ca after getting an 'out the door' cost for tires on the Wheelworks website. Wanted to make an appointment to buy and install four tires for my vehicle at a cost of $999.00. The Newark store rep. quoted me a price in the $1100.00 range before taxes. When I mentioned the website quote, he lowered the price about $100.00 and said he could not match the website price. The rep. at the Fremont store quoted me a price in the $1400.00 range before taxes. When I mentioned the website quote, he said they won't match that price.
I contacted the national 800 number and spoke with customer service about this. The nice lady noted my issues and said that one or two regional supervisors would contact me depending on who was responsible for these stores. So far, eight days later, no follow up from Wheelworks. In addition, the website states they price match. Both stores told me they don't do that. So, they don't price match competitors or their website despite the website stating they price match. They don't even sell the same product for the same price. To me, this is about truth and integrity so I went somewhere else for my tires.
