I have had a very helpful delivery guy…

I have had a very helpful delivery guy who had delivered to me a few times, always polite and handled my parcels with care, always used my doorbell and knocked on the door as well as giving me time to answer it which is more than I can say for other delivery companies keep it up whistle 5 star service thank you.

Yeah nice one orded 2 games with next day delivery and its now been 4 days telling me thats its been handed to royal mail but no its sat in their depo can tell why they have 1 stars overall because they are all useless plebs

The quality of work provided did not meet the expected standards, leading to considerable inconvenience. Furthermore, the recent warehouse development in Warrington has proven to be deeply disappointing. I trust you will address these concerns promptly and thoroughly. I ordered 4 packets of seeds from Mr…

I ordered 4 packets of seeds from Mr Fothergills because I couldn't find any in the shops. I imagine they are in an envelope. I've been tracking my order, it's been sitting at the delivery depot since 6.31am on Thursday April 16th. That's 48 hours and no sign of anything happening. No idea when they will be delivered or who will deliver them. Definitely won't order from Mr Fothergills again.

Farcical service

Farcical service. Took a lot of effort to have eBay refund a purchase that this company stated was delivered but was not. The timescales on their supposed tracking were completely out. Whistl customer services replies on Trust Pilot are hopeless so Whistl please don't waste your time doing one here. You'd be much better off on working to get your logistics right. If a seller uses Whistl, I won't buy from them. If it's not clear who a seller uses for deliver, I ask them and if it's Whistl, I tell that I will not order

Whistl delaying my ebay purchases!

It seems many ebay sellers are using whistl to deal with their sales deliveries. This is delaying receiving the items. I'm waiting for several ebay purchases which state whistl is tracking the parcel, but there is no tracking & all my ebay purchases using whistl are delayed/haven't arrived. I'm gonna stop buying fro ebay if sellers use whitsl to delay me getting what I buy! Terrible.

Absolutely waste of space this company

Absolutely waste of space this company, ordered something through amazon, when I checked delivery tracking i noticed these were being used and have never heard of them...using the tracking number it comes up that my item has been at the depo since 8th April no other update! Its 16th now and there is no live chat or email to contact them! Why do companies use these? Surely they lose money because now I'm applying for a refund

Waiting on a parcel that was dispatched…

Waiting on a parcel that was dispatched on 6th April, collected on the 8th then nothing. Now the 15th still not scanned, UK to UK delivery. Didn't think anyone could be as bad as Evrie but here we are. Tracking on their site is non existant and website looks cheap.
Should be 0 stars have had to contact seller to complain. Avoid at all costs.👎

DIRTY BLOODSUCKING LEECHES

Actively ruining lives and countryside with their warehouses and dirty tactics! Shame on this dirty company that only cares for profits, ruining the lives of the people in the process. Taking our limited amounts of countryside and destroying our natural spaces. Causing flooding and noise pollution.

The world is a worse place, thanks to this company.

Avoid at all costs

Once my package reached whistl it just disappeared. Their customer support is sutterly useless, half the time spent trying to contact them was spent trying to get an AI chat bot on their website to help.

I wouldnt be suprised if they spend more money on tokens for the AI bot than actual deliveries.

I dont think im going to get my parcel, im avoiding them all much as possible going forward.

As a carrier management company, we support retailers with collection and dispatch of their parcels into courier networks over a range of services however, as we are not a courier, we do not carry out any deliveries to individuals.

Where a parcel has been collected by Whistl with a scan into our depot but no further tracking this would usually be an indication that the sender has elected to ship it via an untracked service with the courier therefore there would be no further tracking expected once the parcel is handed over from our depot.

Should you have any concerns regarding deliveries expected, we would generally recommend getting in touch with the retailer you have purchased from as they are best placed to assist however, if you would like to respond to our request, a member of our team would be more than happy to reach out and provide further clarification on the parcel in question.

In the meantime, please do accept our apologies for the inconvenience experience via use of our Chat Bot - this is currently under review and development but we thank you for bringing this to our attention.

As a carrier management company, we support retailers with provision of multi-carrier software along with collection, dispatch and delivery support with a variety of courier services.

Although we are not a courier ourselves and therefore do not carry out any deliveries to individuals, unfortunately, issues experienced with deliveries through these courier services are often mis-attributed to Whistl.

Utterly disgusting company

Utterly disgusting company. Had multiple packages reaching the deport then suddenly to dissappear? How can that possibly happen. ALSO now to find out the have taken space up in that god forbidden storage unit in Wigen thats over looks the house. Well it would make sense from a company like this. I will TELL EVERYONE TO AVIOD THIS COMPANY for the rest of my days. Disgusting!!

Pack of wolves

Theyve willingly moved into the warehouse in Wigan that was built on land used by the local community leaving local residents open to repeated flooding, light pollution, noise disturbance & more.

Whistl should br ashamed of themselves but they only care about profit.

Attempted delivery

Parcel said out for delivery, then delivery attempted due to restricted front door/driveway, I was home, and there is nothing blocking my door or letterbox and I do not have a driveway, no way of contacting them, and no sign of it showing up either. Have complained to Amazon. Who are now chasing it up. First experience with them, hope it’s my last

Their warehouse in Astley has destroyed the community

Whistl have moved into the controversial Astley warehouse development which has caused innumerable issues for the local community. These giant warehouses, one of which is now theirs, have irrevocably damaged the area, and they moved into this warehouse KNOWING it would cause this backlash. So you get what you deserve.
