Rigid Process, Little Room for Resolution
The service looks outstanding in concept and on paper, which is what initially attracted me.
I tried it for a month. While the deliverables were visually impressive, they were not usable for my particular purpose. The content felt generic and lacked the authenticity and credibility I was looking for.
What disappointed me most was the rigidity of the process. When I reached out in the hope of finding a path to a better outcome, whether through revisions, a replacement batch, or another reasonable solution, the discussion ultimately focused on their policies and terms of service rather than arriving at a resolution I felt addressed my concerns.
I understand that every business has policies. However, when a customer is unhappy with the result, I believe there should be some willingness to work toward a practical resolution rather than simply pointing to the contract.
Others may have a different experience, but it was not the right fit for me.

Every order placed with White Glove Content is a fully custom production — scripted, voiced, edited, and rendered specifically for the client's channel. The content was delivered in full and met the scope of the order as placed. We did not receive any feedback at the time of delivery, and the concern was only raised weeks later as the renewal date approached.
When the request for a full remake was made, we explained transparently that a redo carries the same production cost as the original order — it is not a minor revision, it is an entirely new production run. We offered a path forward through our Style Request system, which allows clients to provide detailed direction for their next batch so we can tailor the content even more precisely to their needs. That offer was declined.
