Extremely bad support experience

Extremely bad support experience. My ticket has been open since last week and I still haven’t received any proper response. I purchased a gateway module from them, but the module is completely useless and poorly developed. It does not calculate or add the gateway fee in the invoice correctly — the invoice only shows the service price and completely ignores the gateway charges.

Very disappointing service and highly unprofessional support. Selling a faulty module and then ignoring customers for days is unacceptable. Totally regret purchasing from them.

Partial answers, broken import, and incomplete automation

I purchased the Hetzner Servers for WISECP plugin and encountered serious technical issues within just a few days:

Import only works with a single category.
The system functions exclusively under the category name “Dedicated Servers.” If a different category name is used, the import completely fails. This makes the module unusable for setups involving multiple languages or country-specific categories.

Multilingual support is broken.
After import, the main product record is created, but no products_lang entries are added for other languages. As a result, the product doesn’t appear in the admin panel, and the edit page shows a white screen.
This could easily be fixed by adding a simple insert statement, yet support did not provide a permanent solution and instead suggested “adding manually.”

Currency conversion is completely missing.
A product priced at €41 is imported as ₺51, meaning there is no basic exchange-rate calculation or conversion logic.
This is a fundamental feature for any billing-related module, and its absence makes the pricing system unreliable.

Responses are incomplete and superficial.
In every support ticket, I asked several (often 3–4) technical questions. Typically, only one received a clear answer; the rest were skipped or brushed off with vague replies. No technical explanation or concrete fix was ever provided.

No lifecycle automation.
When market servers expire, they are not automatically removed by cron; manual deletion is required. That’s an odd omission for a system intended to automate hosting operations.

Support mentioned they will rebuild the module once WISECP v5 is released.
However, WISECP 5 has been “coming soon” for almost two years, with no confirmed release date.
I purchased this plugin to use it now, not at some unknown future point. A product sold today should function correctly today.

Conclusion:
The plugin has potential but feels unfinished.
With a broken import process, missing multilingual and currency logic, and lack of automation, it’s not ready for professional use.
These issues should be fixed in the current version rather than postponed to a future update.

Reliable Modules and Excellent Support

Ignorant support team sends texts to landlines

The support SUCKS. They lock you out of your account because they are so stupid that they send a text to a landline for our corporation office instead of sending an email to the email address on file. Then refuse to use my personal cell phone to send the text to since it's not the number they have on file. Support People Ritesh S and Sweta S.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that the issue regarding sending a message to a landline is not due to any oversight on our part. When you registered with us, you provided a landline number instead of a mobile number. Our upstream provider does not distinguish between mobile and landline numbers; it simply triggers an SMS based on the number provided. Therefore, it’s important to ensure that a valid mobile number is entered during registration to receive SMS communications effectively.

After reviewing your ticket and the communication with our team, we would like to clarify the verification process. As mentioned in our email dated 01/11/2024, it is mandatory for all customers to verify their email address and mobile number before placing an order. Failure to complete this verification process will prevent you from placing an order or accessing other services. This is a one-time mandatory process and is not related to TOTP, as you had mentioned in your ticket.

Regarding the inability to verify your details, the issue arose due to your communication, specifically the phrase, "Please use this temporary phone number for the code." This raised concerns about the authenticity of the user. To ensure the security and integrity of the process, we require clear and accurate information during the verification step.

I purchased a Contabo module

I purchased a Contabo module from WHMCSmoduel Network, and initially, we encountered some issues. However, I must particularly praise their excellent support: they successfully assisted me within 24 hours and resolved the problem. The support team was very professional and helpful.

The module is now working perfectly and meets all our requirements. We are also very satisfied with the overall service from WHMCSmoduel Network. I highly recommend this company and will definitely consider their products and services in the future.

Great communication, price and delivery!

We recently commissioned WHMCSModule Networks to produce a WHMCS module based on our own API to enable our customers to properly re-sell our services and provide their customers with adequate management & monitoring access. They were not only able to deliver this in a time frame shorter than was initially quoted but they provided great communication and updates along the way. Fantastic service and would happily use again!
