Resposta da WholesaleBodyOils
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We truly value your feedback.
We’ve reviewed your recent order and would like to provide some clarification. Out of the 32 fragrances you’ve received, 21 are new to your collection. This means you’re exploring a variety of scents that may differ in strength and intensity. Fragrances naturally vary, with some being stronger and others more subtle. This is a normal characteristic and does not suggest that the product has been altered or "watered down." We have used the same trusted manufacturers and formulas for over 27 years, ensuring consistent quality across all our products.
Additionally, we noticed that you’ve placed several orders with us since 2023, including one as recently as yesterday (thank you for that!). This is the first time you’ve raised a concern, and we believe it’s more a matter of fragrance selection than an issue with the product. However, we’d be happy to discuss this further and learn more about your specific experience with the scents.
We’re sorry that this was your first less-than-stellar experience with us, and we hope your next order meets your expectations.
I messed up the address on my order
I messed up the address on my order, and figured it a wash, but they contacted me and we got it straightened out, first time I've had that experience.

We're sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy the scents. Fragrance is highly personal, and experience will vary depending on individual preferences and body chemistry.
While we understand your disappointment, we believe it’s important to remember that one person’s experience doesn’t reflect the experience of all our customers. For this reason, we always recommend trying samples first to ensure a scent is a good match for you.
We appreciate your feedback and are always working to improve. If you'd like help finding a scent that might suit you better, we’re happy to assist.

My order came in at a reasonable time and the price was good. The oils are well made and last a long time on my skin. The only fragrance I didn't like was the Jamaican fruit.
