We’re sorry to hear about your experience with your most recent orders. We were not contacted regarding any issues with leaking or loose bottles. We do ask that any concerns be reported at the time of receipt so we can address them promptly. There is a notice included with each order for this purpose and we’re always happy to help when we’re made aware of an issue.

Regarding the Gucci Flora fragrance, there have been no changes to the formula on our end. Without additional details, it’s difficult to determine what may have caused the difference you experienced. We would be happy to look into this further. Please feel free to email us with more information and photos so we can assist.

We did want to clarify that all of our products are made to order, which is why we currently have a posted turnaround time of 3–5 business days. Your order shipped within 4 business days.

For shipping, USPS Ground Advantage is the slowest and least predictable option. Taking 3–5+ business days in transit and not being a guaranteed service. If you’re ever on a tight timeline, we do recommend selecting a faster method such as UPS Ground or expedited options like 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air.

We always keep our turnaround time clearly posted so customers can plan accordingly, and we appreciate your understanding. We’re glad you’re happy with the products and hope your next order is an even better experience!

We do want to clarify that your order was delivered on March 16th and this review was posted just a few hours later. Evaluating multiple fragrances within such a short period of time does not allow for an accurate assessment. Each scent needs to be worn individually on the skin and given time to develop.

Testing several fragrances back to back can also lead to temporary scent fatigue, which can make fragrances seem much lighter or harder to detect than they actually are.

We also want to note that the fragrances you selected are not considered weak formulations and we have not received any complaints regarding their strength or performance. As reflected in our overall customer reviews, most customers are very satisfied with both scent quality and longevity.

We would encourage you to revisit the fragrances by testing one at a time on the skin and allowing each scent to fully develop before forming a final impression. For best results, apply to moisturized skin on pulse points such as the neck, wrists, and inner elbows. Allow the oil to dry naturally without rubbing it in.

Thank you for your review! We do offer flip spout caps for purchase on our website. For our bulk-size oils, we’re unable to ship them with flip spouts attached because they can leak during transit. We appreciate your understanding!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for choosing to order from us again.

We were unable to locate any previous orders under the name or email associated with your recent purchases to review and compare which fragrances were ordered. Many of the fragrances in your recent orders are not reproductions, so they are not intended to replicate a specific “original” scent.

Fragrances also naturally evolve over time as they age and are exposed to air and light. This can affect both color and scent. Comparing very mature oils to freshly made batches will result in noticeable differences, even when the formulation itself has not changed. Our formulas remains the same, with only minor adjustments over the years to comply with updated IFRA safety guidelines.

Regarding the damaged box, we weren’t contacted at the time of delivery. Once packages leave our facility, handling is managed by the carrier, but we’re always happy to assist when issues are reported promptly.
