Ordered Windlass Solenoid, got part from 3rd party vendor (this was not indicated nor were any restrictions on returning).
Opened and realized it did not match current part.
First thing the following morning I requrested an RMA per their website instructions.
Initial response was I'd have to pay 35% restocking fee (NO mention of this anywhere on their website). Whatever, it's a $40 lesson so go ahead with RMA request.
After the holiday weekend I receive an email that an RMA is not possible because their 3rd party vendor denies due to being an electronic part.
So now I'm going through the charge-back process.

As it turns out, their return policy, doesn't allow returns on solenoids. For some reason the RMA email didn't reach someone who is knowledgable on this and could have cleared this up quickly.
Seems a bit deceiptful imho as there is no mention on the part page that this is not eligible for return. Still would not do business again.

This company does not stand behind…

This company does not stand behind their products that they sell. I bought 2 aculifts from them and they said I have to send them back to lenco. For a warranty, I contacted lenco and they said it's wholesale's fault that they should give me credit back. They just passed the buck between the two of them back and forth. Now i'm out nine hundred and sixty nine dollars.And because they will not pick up the parts or refund my money. They even had the nerve to dispute my dispute and the bank ruled in their favor for a defective parts and not honoring any warranties. I should have looked at all these negative reviews before I purchase from them. Let the buyer beware

I placeVery Disappointing Experienced an order with Wholesale Marine…

I placed an order with Wholesale Marine for Volvo Penta parts, including Volvo Penta 824134 Plate, which I never received. They told me I would get a refund after they submit a lost shipment claim, but despite multiple follow-ups, no refund ever came.

To make matters worse, another item I received was incorrect — the label had the correct part number, but the part inside was wrong. When I contacted them, they asked for pictures of the sealed packaging, but by that time the workshop had already opened it, leaving me stuck with a useless part.

I ended up losing USD 275 due to their poor service and lack of accountability. Based on my experience, their handling of errors and lost shipments was extremely unprofessional, and I would not recommend relying on them for critical marine parts.

I ordered a fuel filter element and got…

I ordered a fuel filter element and got a washer. After 15 minutes on hold, the call was disconnected. I emailed them and got nothing back after the first response. The service was bad and the customer service was worse. I will never use them again. I'm not even looking for my element anymore. I'll get it elsewhere.

Flagged for fraud by their "fraud…

Flagged for fraud by their "fraud department" with no ohone call, verification, or email, called and spoke with them and was told it was because I ordered through my smartphone. Reordered, and charged a second time with no order verification sent, now just over $7,000.00. $3500 on its way back, the other $3500+ is charged and they are saying it isn't... currently receiving texts thanking me for my order. They are kind of a mess to deal with. Going to have to dispute through the credit card company.

I special ordered 4 pieces for a kit

I special ordered 4 pieces for a kit, and 1 piece was backordered with no ETA for shipping. They won't let me cancel the order instead forcing the 3 pieces for delivery. Now I can't return the merchandise or get the final piece to finish my project. Kourtney in Customer service is the worst!

These guys Suck

These guys can’t manage their website... Captains club is great if you get credit for your purchases.. Long story, bought a lot from them until I wanted to cash in my credits and was told I was not logged in when making my purchases. Sent photo evidence that I was indeed logged in but they say I wasn’t and won’t credit me for my Club points... I’m done with them.. will order from other vendors. Customer Service was a complete waste of time 👎
