This company didn't deliver on any of their promises... The entire process is misleading... There are numerous hidden fees... My bank did a thorough investigation, after I reported them, and issued a credit. Report them to your credit card company... You have 90 days before your money is gone for good... If you have done business with them across state lines, it falls into federal jurisdiction... Keep good records, and despite the fine print, know your consumer rights... Red flags on their merchant account are what hurts companies like this the most. They are a predatory organization, and if enough complaints go through, their merchant will shut them down. Contact the department of agriculture for more information... I will be issuing a follow up if I experience any further negativity as a result of attempting to conduct business with this company... They are due 7.5 on the back end of any lines of credit or loans they provide, despite which they have opted to Ghost me... I followed every direction in the designated time frame... Logic dictates if they truly had me on the path to funding, they have essentially thrown that commission away... Nobody does that.

TOTAL SCAMMER
TOTAL SCAMMER, tried to get a corporation and one I got some prior owner contacted me said he was gonna turn me in and sue. Wholesale Shelf Corp told me to f off & its not their problem I got a corp and they followed their contract. Not happy. Plus they own tons of tradeline companies after research that are all burnt and not even responding too since all the clients are mad they got ripped off. So glad I only got ripped off on the shelf corp. BUYER BEWARE this company also had to be the one that made another charge on my credit card from nigeria which everything ads up now. TOTAL SCAMMER RUN. I can bet a million all the reviews they paid for cause they are not a good company at all.

We always guarantee that the shelf corporations we sell are free from any undisclosed prior liabilities. Prior to your purchase, any known liabilities, if any, are disclosed to you. All the Shelf Corporations we sell come with a Clean-Record Guarantee and if you have discovered any issues with prior liabilities, we would be more than happy to immediately replace the shelf company for you for FREE. However, it's important to note that such incidents have never occurred in the past with any of our other Clients.
We would also like to clarify that we do not own any tradeline company. Although we had a sister company that sold authorized user tradelines in the past, that brand and service were discontinued in 2019. Additionally, we strictly ensure the privacy of your credit card information. Only one person on the billing team has access to this information, and it is securely locked with two separate keys. This means that only the designated billing person can access the credit card data. Further, we do not employ any individuals in Nigeria, and any charges from Nigeria are completely unrelated to us.
To assist us in further investigating this matter, we kindly request that you provide us with your full name and email address so that we can look your order up in our systems. Best product ever
Thank you WSC for helping me acquire two shelf corps. Everything occurred as promised from corp setup, state filings, and everything in between (too long to list). I was able to get two sba loans (not from your funding program), one for each corp.. I will use and recommend people to the company. It was two weeks total. I do recommend you all give the client access to the email addresses being used for filing so we don't have to wait on responses.. I was on a deadline and almost missed it because I could not directly receive my secretary of state filing directly.
