It started with a Monday morning yoga class in Bali. The organizer posted in the WhatsApp group: "Who's in for Yoga at Kul Kul Dome, 8:30 AM?" What followed was chaos — a flood of thumbs-up emojis, last-minute cancellations, someone asking for the 47th time "is there still space?", and a frustrated organizer manually counting names and updating lists. Sound familiar? We've all been there. We realized that while WhatsApp is perfect for chatting, it's terrible for event coordination. Every yoga teacher, hiking group leader, and book club organizer was solving the same problem with the same clunky workarounds. Copy-pasting attendee lists. Manually tracking waitlists. Sending individual reminder messages. So we built Who's In? — a lightweight tool that does one thing really well: helps you organize events with your community. No bloated features. No complex setup. Using for events in Dubai and Abu…
Using for events in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, this has been a lifesaver. The auto-waitlist alone has saved me hours in admin and messages (and increased CSAT). I am a Pro user, the branding works nice but would like to customise fonts and colours please.

Finally - a nice easy App that works and isn't too complicated.
Finally, an App that takes out all the stress of organising classes and events.
An easy way to include people and know who's coming, and it keeps it all up to date...
And the benefit of a waiting list if my groups are full... Love that!
Just setting up the payment side now and that looks easy too..

Just what I needed, fantastic app!
I love this app! It’s perfect for organising events from walking groups to theatre trips, parties to weekends away. The plus one feature is brilliant, also lots of privacy features so you control who sees what. (No more getting 57 messages in the night like on WhatsApp!) It takes all the stress out of organising events. Give it a try, I find it super easy to use!
