Sent the wrong glass bong. (sent Globe mark1 not mark 2) of course there's a massive difference in price.
Tried to argue with me that it was the correct one, then a day later after making it sound like they werent going to do anything about it, after I had already used it they offered to let me return it. At my expense, to Victoria.

I then contacted them a few weeks later because the handle to my $600 vaporiser was faulty, it had a manufacturing defect. No response.

So buyer beware as your warranties may not be honored and they might just decide to ghost you.

Sold me a glass flower bowl out of spec that was so tight removing it caused damage to my ball vape wand. Refuse to take account for this saying the damage is only cosmetic when it was caused by their own product being used as intended. Will be taking this further until they replace my damaged cap.

You mentioned you were gonna send a $25 card but I have not seen it .

My armour s vaporesso broke and got replaced with new one what haven't had for lone now has broken and can't charge it brought it back and u guys said can't replace because it works of first warranty and was forced to buy a new device and when home I checked with consumer law and they said the replace ment starts a new warranty and have to replace but u workers won't listen
