Ok not great
Recipient enjoyed their Christmas hamper but the delivery experience was a total let down. The address was clearly a retirement address but did not use their initiative to double check the apartment number details delaying the delivery so didn't reach it on time for Christmas

I noticed you placed your order on a Thursday—since we only dispatch our cheese gift boxes on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure ultimate freshness (as per the dispatch date you selected), this helps avoid them sitting in a courier depot over the weekend. Unexpected early arrival
The gift arrived packaged nicely but it arrived on the 18th Dec instead of 23rd as requested so it sat on our porch until our neighbour found it and kept it for us.
