Madison was great!
She went above and beyond trying to find a solution for our very old trailer (talking with mechanics, etc. to see if different parts would work on our model). Our trailer has served us well so far and I would not hesitate to continue purchasing from Wike, especially with the great customer service we have received.

My daughder has outgrown the little kids trailer. Now with the bigger one from Wike she has all the space she needs.

My trailer shipped incredibly fast, it was super easy to put together, it rides and steers so smoothly. The hard bottom is the best thing ever and the seats are so nicely cushioned. My one year old and five year old LOVE it. It is so easy to switch between bike, stroller, and jogger. There isn't any part of this trailer that wasn't well thought out. Not to mention its a really nice looking too. I am obsessed with it.

Super product! Super customer service!

Service was excellent. Took off 1 star because of the site. Couldn't put just the wedge in cart without adding the trailer (which I've had for years and love it for my special needs son)and then removing at checkout. Had to call to figure that out.

It came guickly and easy to order. You don’t need to add a bike attachment! I order it thinking it didn’t come with the bike. The handle needs to be better! Breaks easily!

I purchased a wike special needs stroller for my daughter second hand. I called to purchase some accessory parts that were not included with the trailer and to see about a few parts to replace refresh or repair. Madison replied quickly and not only helped me with the accessories that I needed to buy new, but also with working with the shop to get a part for repair that is not normally an accessory that is sold after the fact (a main vertical hoop bent from aluminum). She was so knowledgeable about the product that from some basic pictures she knew exactly what model and even approximately when it was made.
Having a special needs daughter and working with many companies on maintenance and repair of specialty equipment I have never had an experience as seamless as pleasant and as is helpful as my experience with Wike. Madison and the whole team deserve a big high five.

I bought an older flatbed Wike trailer On kijiji a couple of years ago, and this Spring decided to upgrade my wheels (the current ones are solid and really loud on the road). The person I spoke with on the phone was fully supportive of my having purchased the used trailer from someone else, and we had a good chat about low-cost ways to make my trailer better. She didn’t try to upsell at all. I really felt supported by the company in my choice to use a bike as my primary mode of transportation. Thank you, Wike.

The trailer arrived unbelievably quickly given I live in the UK. It seems to be totally fit for purpose after a quick trial run.

I ordered tool holders for my landscaping trailer and no holes had been made in the frame for installation.
I inquired immediately after reception whether this was standrad practice and whether I am expected to drill the holes. This was several weeks ago and there still has been no response from the company.

I wanted to build a landscaping trailer from part that I already had. They were very nice and sold me just what I needed. Madison was very nice and communication was quick and efficient. Received my parts 4 days after first inquirering about it and that is including a weekend. So I am very pleased.
