My experience with Wider World Immigration has not met my expectations.
I enrolled in their Profile Marketing/Career Launch Program after being informed that the service would include profile marketing, employment assistance, resume support, and weekly reports regarding the efforts being made on my profile. During my engagement, I interacted primarily with Priti Kumari as my consultant, Shivani as my case manager, and later Mohini Sharma.
After making the required payments, I repeatedly requested updates and documentary evidence of profile marketing activities. In my experience, I did not receive the weekly reports that were initially represented to me, and I was not satisfied with the level of documentation provided regarding the services performed.
As a result, I requested a refund and eventually pursued formal consumer grievance proceedings to seek resolution of the dispute.
I would encourage prospective clients to obtain clear written confirmation regarding:
• Deliverables included in the service
• Frequency of reporting and updates
• Documentary proof of activities performed
• Refund terms and conditions
• Timelines and expectations

I enrolled in a job search and immigration assistance program with this company in 2025, after being advised the process would take 4 months. It has now been over 9 months, with no verifiable proof of employer submissions, no employer names disclosed, and no documented applications provided.Requests for clarity were met with “refer to the agreement” instead of answers
When I began publicly asking factual questions and sharing my documented experience, the situation escalated further.
Instead of addressing the issues raised, the CEO of the company responded by insulting and threatening me for speaking out. I have retained screenshots and written records of these communications.

I recently went through the process of applying for a h1b visa their team was highly professional and responsive.

I want to share my experience with Wider World Immigration to warn others. Initially, their response time was impressive, and they seemed very professional—until I made the payment. They are the No.1 fraud in immigration services.

At first, they promised a 30% refund policy and even arranged a fake interview call, claiming I had been selected by a company. Once I made the payment, they started asking for documents for visa processing. However, my assigned case manager completely ignored my calls and emails.

After four months of no progress, I decided to withdraw my application and requested a refund. I followed up for over two months, and after endless delays, they finally responded, saying I was eligible for only ₹6,000—citing a hidden clause in their agreement that only allows a 30% refund within six months. I had no choice but to accept it.

If you're considering immigration services, DO NOT waste your time and money on them. They are professional scammers.

During my case, I interacted with Vivek, Usha, and Shibvani. I have over 82 email conversations as proof of their fraudulent activities. If anyone needs more details, feel free to reach out.

Also Yes i accepted for the 6k bcoz your employee was put me in that situation, every conversation was shown in the attached images . As per SLA Should be 30% refund to me but initially the case manager was respond to me no refund as per the agreement it was mentioned on ( 2 Dec 2024 ) mail it was 40th mail conversation.

I was engaged Wider world at 02-July-24 i was decided to drop off at 11-Nov-2024 ( 5 month 9 days ) but your side was not give any response after 2 months your team said 30% refund policy with in 6 month only .

Again challenging you wider world team if you have answer for my question respond to me .

Wider World Immigration, owned by Rohan Kumar, for their unethical, fraudulent, and unprofessional conduct toward both employees and clients. I worked with this company for 10 months, during which I witnessed severe misconduct, client exploitation, and deceitful business practices. HE TELLS EVERYONE HIS FAKE NAME JATIN EVEN IN THE WIDER WORLD EVERYONE MAKES CALLS USING FAKE NAMES.

The company lures clients with false promises, takes their money, and then mistreats them. Anyone who raises concerns or refuses to comply is threatened, harassed, and insulted.

I had to leave my job because my mother was diagnosed with cancer, but instead of showing empathy, Rohan Kumar mocked her illness, insulted me, and even threatened me. This inhumane behavior reflects the true nature of this organization. When I asked for my rightful salary, I was harassed, insulted instead of being full paid. I have solid proof of how he spoke to me—his words were utterly shameful and disgraceful.

In January 2025 the company was forced to shut down for 15 days after the police intervened due to multiple client complaints. He said that the salary would be deducted, even though the office was closed due to their negligence and fake commitments. After getting the work done, they are now hesitating to pay the full month's salary.

The so-called "employees" still working there are merely a handful of people from Rohan Kumar’s neighborhood, they help creating a false image of a functioning business.

As of 20th August 2025, I have not received a single call or email from Wider World regarding my latest visa status update. During registration, I used to get multiple calls, but after making the payment, there has been complete silence. They have not even refunded the amount I paid. This shows a highly unprofessional and irresponsible approach. I would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting.

Worst immigration company despite paying 80K for their services, they withdraw from the process after making repeated false promises. Nobody responding my calls. Over the past few months, I’ve sent several emails seeking a response, all of which have gone unanswered.This unprofessional and unethical behavior is unacceptable and has left me in a state of frustration and distrust. They all are cheaters. Don't trust on Wider World.

I applied Canada visa through them for my daughter. They made the whole process so easy for us and we got approval. Thanks a lot.

They took 53K from me and then withdrew their services, despite making false promises at every step. Now, they're only offering 6K as per their policy. I raised this issue in May, but there has been no update. Today, they told me to reach out again after 6th November. I've sent over 50 emails with no response, and now they're resorting to blackmail tactics.

Dear partons if u are looking for a association with wider world immigration please think infinite time before getting into the trap they will leave you high and dry and you will loose your most precious thing in life I.e money and time and peace
