We are seeking a refund.

I gave these guys about 2500 bucks to help me out. They lasted about a month or two and then I heard nvery sporadically but that wa it. Is anyone suing fortheir refund?

Worst experience. 'Wiki Professionals' tricked me to design and publish my Wiki page - for huge money they charge me in 2019-2023 to publish a few basic articles on the web. The basic Wiki page appeared for 2 days and was demoted by Wikipedia with Black Tag 'Paid Service Arrangement' (looks like Wikipedia identified them as scammers). After that, they ask more money to publish papers in New York Times and Forbes - which never happened. Chris Jones, seemingly my account manager, STOP RESPONDING ON MY EMAILS and ESCAPE Conversations via Web Chat - for 2 years, while Charlie Amen, seemingly 'top manager', stop responding in Web Chat and never helped when I try to request for refund or talk to Chris. DONT BELIEVE THIS SCAMMERS. Hope the life will punish ugly cheaters.

Scammers. Stay away from them.
An Indian / Pakistani guy camouflaged as Rick Barnes took my account manager role and procrastinated till the Paypal refund window expires.

Finally said you are accusing and blaming us and took the case to PayPal and swindled my money.

They know how to escape the paypal refund policy.

Stay away from 100%, I lost a huge chunk of money.

They have renamed under a new business name and cheating more innocents.

I think they may have changed their name to WikiProServices.com. The websites look like they were built by the same person, with almost identical content. I was not scammed but I could have been.

They did not deliver anything, but of course took our money

What I still can understand how it is possible that Wiki Professionals Inc still continues to defraud people and no one takes proper action against it. I'm Gaetano Minale who for 4 years (March 14, 2019) paid that company of incompetent and scammers € 800, for an artistic profile on Wikipedia and still today, March 13, 2023 I'm waiting for the publication They haven't given me any more news for months and despite repeated reminders and also requested a refund, as provided for in the contract between the parties, I can't get a sign of receipt. Please do not cancel but give me news, how can I recover at least the amount paid. Thank you,
Dear Trustpilot, not only am I not getting responses from my reviews, but someone, a certain SmartSE uses my dispute to delete my Draft page on the English Wikipedia....at what point have we come I'm pissed off by everyone. No one trying to help me y'all keep tearing down my handiwork. this wrote as reason " I blocked this user for this Trustpilot review which mentions Draft:Gaetano_Minale ( edit | talk | history | links | watch | logs ) . It might be worth giving them a call to see if we can find any other accounts. Fairly certain I got scammed. It's been over 3 months with no reply, I have no Wikipedia page to show for over $2000 with this company.

The "sites" they place articles on, are also pure spam domains that only host "guest posts." Stay far, far, far away.

SCAM. Address they provide is actually a park and not an office. NO USA assets to litigate and get your money back. Have notified US government to go after them. We'll see what happens but if you are reading this, at least protecting you from their deceit.

As with all the other reviewers, I suckered for their "satisfaction or you money back." I got neither satisfaction, nor my money back. It feels very much like a one-person shop, operating purely as a scam.

If I could rate it a zero, I would. After waiting an entire year for the company to provide a wiki page for me, (they never delivered) I request a refund that I was guaranteed. They ensured me that I would get my refund and that it was processed. After complaining that I never received it, they insisted that it was a bank error. I checked with my bank and it was never processed. Wikiprofessionals lied about refunding my $699 and because the transaction was made a year prior to my complaint, my bank was not able to retrieve my money. I am never received service AND I am out of $699. It would cost me at least twice as much to hire a lawyer to sue. Do NOT give this company a dime!

It would appear that WikiProfessional is paying trustpilot to remove the true reviews and use fake positive reviews. WikiProfessionalsInc is huge scam and undeserving of one star. They lie! They cheat! They deceive! They rob you. They have no ethics or morals and all their ads are deceptive. The demand for money never stops and the end result is NADA! A bunch of empty promises they fail to deliver. They constantly violate your rights to personal privacy and domain protection. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. They are crafty in the art of deception.

We started our first interaction in December 2020, and our call was scheduled with Mathew Walter to choose a package.

We chose the base package of $699

Then we got connected to David Wilson, who started the onboarding process.

They assigned a project manager Charlie Amen, and then the last guy was Chris Jones

All of these were professional email addresses from their domain name wikiprofessionalsinc.

In the month fo January 2021 the process kicked off. They kept giving excuses and fake promises.

May 2021 they asked for $2500 for 20 PR articles to support the wikipedia draft profile and said it was mandatory to take the draft url of wikipedia to live.

Fast forward to February 2022, they are still professional scammers and still fake promise in every single email.

Please be very very careful while dealing with any wikipedia vendors.

They excepted thousands of dollars from me to create a page. They closed the project Chat and marked it complete with out notifying me, only after , to pretend to be working on a solution.

I have already written a review from personal experience about how WIKIProfessionals is a scam organization, but now I have proof that they are banned from Wikipedia:

"We are well aware of those fraudsters, and they are already banned permanently from editing Wikipedia for violating our terms of use and for defrauding people under the guise of Wikipedia. We regularly block accounts associated with that bunch of scammers."

The biggest scammers on the planet for taking huge chunks of money from unwary customers. You write your own bio with verification. Leon Davis provides you with the impression that he works for Wikipedia and never corrects that claim except in the fine print on sites where you never look. He always wants more money to upgrade your profile: Cheaters, Liars, Scammers. Worst SOB's in the business. NEVER EVER get caught in their scams.

They are fraud and unprofessional company, please don’t work with them.. I am waiting for my work from last 2 years
