Having been to actual fish markets where even the sellers there are confused if their salmon is wild or farmed, I can only imagine restaurant and store owners knowing much less. Wild Alaska Salmon and Seafood is the only place I trust for fresh wild salmon that tastes great!

We are at the other end of the Salmon universe down at the tip of Florida. We have bought salmon at seafood stores, Whole Foods and online direct from Alaska. Wild Alaska Salmon & Seafood is the second source we have ordered from in Alaska and it is so far the best. We squeeze a lemon over the fillet, then brush with coconut oil and season to taste (ginger/thyme/pepper). We bake it at 405 degrees for 12 minutes and then let it sit for at least ten more out of the oven. The fish has pin bones, which is a good thing, as with a fork the fillets segment and separate into intact morsels due to their quick minimal processing. Yum.

I'm a huge salmon fan but unfortunately I thought the batch I received was a bit freezer burnt or something. Pretty dry and not very flavorful no disrespect. I would order from you again if I new the batch would be of better quality. I thought your website was clean, professional and easy to use, thank you.

My initial Order had a relatively minor error at delivery, which I brought to their attention. Not only did they immediately respond, they went above and beyond to make it right. I have absolutely no reservations about ordering from them again. The Quality of the Merchandise is unquestionable, and as a E-Purchase Site, it has been one of very few I've found where your reward is greater than your risk.

I see no reason to purchase or eat salmon from anywhere else and I don't. The salmon portions are a perfect meal for two or one depending on your appetite. If you like jerky, the salmon candy is a must. I trust the people, business and product. Stop reading reviews and just place an order. :)
