We are a small organization of less than 100 members. WA does an excellent job on organizing, tracking, and keeping a track of dues of our membership. Email blast capability is another great benefit.

Wild Apricot is probably one of the third party apps that has not only saved me money but a ton of time that I was able to dedicate to other areas of my business. A site like ours, if we were to pay a developer to design, would have cost me 6 figures +, with the necessity of adding a member area and all the controls included with the Wild Apricot app so if your budget is something you have to consider and a member area is a requirement for your business then Wild Apricot must ber figured into your over all business plan.
I have tried a lot of apps and by far WA is far and away the best for the rate I payt each month for the service. I also save a ton since WA also has the ability of sending out mass emails with pre-designed and custom email templates so again, do the leg work and research all the costs involved for building a site with everything WA offers with their app, but either having the app custom designed for your site and all the other third party apps that are necessary to service your members. After that I have no doubt that Wild Apricot will be the obvious choice for whatever type of member platform you need to run your business. The app is also great as a CRM to manage your clients and their info.

Wild Apricot has been great for our professional group of dietitians. It helps us manage our membership, seminars and finances. The site is often updated giving us new technology to use with our members. Thank you!

Wild Apricot has worked wonders for the Old Dominion Boat Club and perfect for a volunteer organization. We're very pleased with how easy it was to implement. The fact that it's all cloud-based, we get regular software upgrades, and is fairly intuitive, makes it wonderful for club management. Tech support has been a great help when needed - also a major plus.

Our club has been using Wild Apricot for 2 years. It has made managing our club so much easier! We opted to integrate PayPal and all payments are made via PayPal or credit card. New member can find us online and join online. Our membership is up over past year numbers. Existing members can renew online and we cut our renewal period in half because it is so easy and convenient to renew online. The treasurer’s job is much easier. No more endorsing checks and writing deposit slips. Everything is downloaded from PayPal when the money is transferred to the bank. Registering for events is easy for members and easy for our activity leaders to track. The new iphone app for members is great. Being an administrator for the web site, one of the best things about Wild Apricot is the Support. Their online support is very good and if you can’t find what you need there, you can email or call and get a quick response. Having a Wild Apricot web site has been great for our club and we are thrilled we took this step forward.

We’ve been using WA for our website and Association software for close to 4 year.

We had great success, emailing members, growing our membership, registration for events,online store, newsletters, etc.

Our ~4500 members have great praise for the communication the software allows us to do.

I could go on, but this just works. No more excell spreadsheets.....

Very supportive. Always providing updates, tip, and other information. Sends out information that non IT folks can understand.

Product still works well for its intended users, but recent steep increases in prices mean it is no longer a standout in terms of value for money.

Wild Apricot is great software for nonprofit Associans. They are super easy to work with and help get you started and along the way to help keep you going. They offer special training webinars for every aspect of the program.

Wild Apricot has been a lifesaver for our club as we’ve grown to almost 2000 members. We left off using a spreadsheet at @150 members.

There is a learning curve, but their Customer Service is very responsive, and have been very patient as we have learned their systems.

Their event registration and new payment processing capabilities will really empower our club management goals.

Great out the box system that keeps getting better and better as Wild Apricot add new functions. Our members are loving the APP - makes booking training sessions really easy.

Our 80-year-old Civic Association uses Wild Apricot and we are very happy with it since we switched to it 3 years ago.

We use it for not only membership management but also managing the website for our annual July 4th parade fundraiser. The parade registrations are handled and the sponsors commitments are processed directly into our charity bank. We are a Lions Club which always has funds for our charity work.

Wild Apricot offers a comprehensive set of applications in an integrated platform at affordable rates, with outstanding customer service. I highly recommend it!

Wild Apricot provides good functionality for our 1,000 member cycling club.

Overall I love Wild Apricot software and their support is great. As a membership application is would be hard to beat. The only thing I would change is the website and email editors. We should have a CPanel like most website hosting is done and where we can FTP from an offline editor.
Emails are even worse in designing. With the website being so closely tied into the databases, it might be hard to implement.

Good solid club management software. Our club has used it for many years now and we are very satidfied. Feel free to ask me questions.

It's not quite intuitive to use, but I've learned a lot without training. The help screens are fabulous. The software has a lot of features our club uses and doesn't use. I am not the main power user, but I find it easily meets my needs.
