I ordered my product on Friday and received it by 0900 Saturday! I asked a question via email and got an almost immediate response!! I will 100% be using them again and would recommend to all.

Disappointed!…
The service was good but I did not receive all of my order. I was refunded but there was no communication and I was left hanging with regard to the missed items. As a paying customer I prefer to be kept informed. I am not sure if I will order again when there are alternative vendors.

everything OK - time of delivery from Irland to Austria about one week is ok - the ordered "UCaller" works good and the speaker is loud enough.
I hope - the austrian crows will understand "english" :-)

Good Kayak Great price
I bought 2 sit on kayaks online. The process was easy and the guys kept me updated on the progress of the order. There was a slight delay in the order but again I was kept informed.
The Kayaks are great we have already had many days on the river Lagan. Discovery Sit on Top Kayak. I would recommend as this is a very stable Kayak. The only issue is the soft seat that we received with our order is no good as this Kayak does not have the correct connections ti keep the seat rigid. The aluminium seat however is very comfortable and I see they are now selling with the aluminium seat. Good Kayak Great price.
