Support regenerative farming!
The meat and Wild Pastures' customer service are both excellent! I always get a response on the rare occasion I have to email them (shipping issues, not quality issues), and they make sure I'm taken care of. Everyone should support farmers who practice regenerative farming practices. You simply cannot trust the meat that is sold at grocery stores. I highly recommend Wild Pastures!

Just got our first order last week
Just got our first order last week. The bacon was outstanding, and we roasted a whole chicken tonight and it was so tender and tasty.still have lots more to go through but wanted to write this review now. Love knowing what I am eating is good for me. I am going through chemotherapy so am being very cautious about what I put in my body. Customer service was prompt and very helpful when I needed them. Will recommend.

Quality All Around!
It's not only the quality of product, but the customer service that I appreciate. Once I finally decided to thaw out the beef liver I had ordered months before on a special offer. I pulled it out and it was something else....big oops! I called and they immediately credited my account. That they trust a customer to be honest with them is a really nice thing in this world. The pasture-raised chicken is mostly why I joined WP. The chicken is always tender and tasty. Beef is also very good. Pork is average. I've had a couple of issues with receiving the wrong cuts of beef but it was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. I do wish they sold ground turkey and breast cuts outside of Thanksgiving as we like to have turkey as a lunch and dinner staple.

Moving on ..great idea poor execution
Thank you so much. I was excited to be ordering from a trusted source but I have to say the packaging and the delivery and the limitations really are a turnoff. I don't think I will be ordering again. All the packaging when I defrost into my refrigerator leaks all over my refrigerator causing me to have to pull everything out and clean it anytime I order their food. Otherwise, I have to get special boxes and things just to defrost their food vacuum seal buddies. A couple of the cuts, I don't think, were the right cuts. They were a ribeye, was extra tough, and they said they would replace it with a free ribeye that never happened. I definitely am going to explore some other options. I have received orders from them 6 times now. Spending at least $200 an order. And just always a little disappointed on each and every order

Great quality meat and excellent customer service
This is a great company with high quality meat and great customer service. I have been using them for years now and will continue to do so. One of my favorite and unique things they offer is the beef bacon. I feel like I'm feeding my family well and feel good about supporting the farmers.

Highly recommend
I've been using wild pastures for about a year and a half now. I've always been very happy with the product. I feel like with beef prices the way they are the beef box is the best value. For how much you get it's honestly cheaper than the grocery store for me. Then I will do add-ons of chicken or pork as needed and they also many times have specials or discounts on things and add-ons. Their pork breakfast sausage is amazing. It tastes so much better than any store-bought breakfast sausage I've had. I was concerned a little bit at first about meat being shipped. But they pack it really well with dry ice it's always came to me very Frozen even on summer days. I highly recommend.

Love the meat and the customer service
I love not having to research my meat sources on a weekly basis. I receive high quality meat products regularly, each shipment just what I ordered. Once you initially set up your preferences, a box is tailored for you each time, but you have time to curate the selections or add specials before shipment. I live in the Arizona desert and the meat always arrives frozen and in a well insulated box with dry ice. Customer service is wonderful. If I need to change a delivery date to work around my schedule or even skip a delivery due to vacations, etc. they are always pleasant and timely with responses. The meat tastes great, too.

This is my first shipment from Wild Pastures. My products were received fully frozen and well packed. I made the chicken wings last night and followed a recipe from the Wild Pasture website. They were delicious and the wings were a good size. I will be trying more recipes in the next week.

I love this company
I love this company. They are always quick to help out if there is ever an issue. They have a great selection of meat and at a fair price. Plus, we have peace of mind in knowing the animals are well taken care of which makes for the best tasting meat.

Lowered quality of base box I signed up for
Was looking for a company that provided grass-fed meats using regenerative farming practices without using antibiotics, hormones, etc…on their animals. Ran across Wild Pastures who process meats, from various farms that use these practices. Got in on a subscription special they offered, over a year ago. Been getting recurring boxes with add-ons (my choice), every 6-8 weeks since. Have enjoyed the quality, taste, and ability to customize my box. Just got a delivery and looking to customize my next box when I noticed that my base box options are now limited to majority chicken items (to include broth now !!🤨) and little to no medium quality beef/pork cuts without a small to large upcharge. I know meat prices have risen and my “special box deal for life” went up, in price, a few months ago (was notified and accepted the rise in my box price). I was unaware, however that my base box choices would become so limited that I can now get the same they offer, at a quality organic grocery chain, at cheaper prices. Now looking for another company.
