THIS WAS MY 4TH VISIT AND PROBABLY MY BEST! THE SUN WAS OUT . LOVELY COMPANY. EVERYTHING WAS THE RIGHT TEMPERATURE. IT SET ME ON FOR A HAPPY AND PRODUCTIVE REST OF MY DAY . I ALSO SLEPT LIKE A BABY!

The new static sauna located at six hills is truly fantastic. It feels spacious and has a wonderful, large window overlooking the lake.
The online booking process was really simple. The staff member present was extremely helpful and attentive.
Altogether a wonderful invigorating experience.

Very new to open water swimming and eager to experience the sauna/lake routine.
What an experience!!!
Started in the lake and did lake,sauna,lake,sauna,lake. On a 3 minute lake, 15 min sauna timing.
I’m now going to make it a regular routine as came away feeling exhilarated.
Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, I attended alone but never felt alone for long.

I’ve used Wild Sauna for a while now at various locations and every single experience has been fantastic. The saunas are fabulous and clean with wonderful views. Laura and her team are attentive, friendly, supportive and knowledgeable.
The sauna combined with cold water dips in beautiful locations surrounded by nature are a permanent part of my wellness practice and very much loved!

So good we've booked a package so we can make it a regular treat! Great location and facilities, super-clean and friendly. This week we enjoyed complimentary tea and coffee, cool drinking water with slices of orange, private changing and a wind-down in the fresh air afterwards around the log-burner. Cold dips and seating are set in a real sun-trap. Such a relaxing atmosphere.

Amazing as always. Welcoming and friendly. Meet new people every time.

What a lovely afternoon spent in the wild sauna and cold plunge at six hills swim, very welcoming staff and great company of likeminded people! Would definitely come back.

Great relaxing set up, really clean and easy to get in to do your session, literally parking up, getting changed in the room right next to the facilities and you’re ready!
Been a few times now and will keep going .

From start to finish, the whole experience was amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, taking the time to explain the experience clearly and show us all of the facilities. Everything felt relaxed, well organised, and genuinely cared for.

The sauna was fantastic and the cold pool was equally brilliant, the perfect contrast and such a refreshing experience. The facilities were spotless and beautifully maintained, which really added to the overall enjoyment.

An exceptional experience all round. I’d highly recommend it and will definitely be returning.

A fantastic outdoor sauna, very peaceful and beautifully kept Spotlessly clean, perfectly heated, with plenty of wood provided. Absolute bliss and the perfect follow-up after a cold water swim. Laura is always on hand to help. Highly recommended.

A lovely location, rustic but with all the comforts you need. The sauna cabin had a big window and was nice and bright. The cold dip pools were filtered and temperature controlled and we were looked after really well. Was a thoroughly enjoyable hour and well worth the cost. Will be returning!

This was my first sauna experience. Laura was an absolute delight, so kind and helpful. I felt so well taken care of. The sauna was unbelievably relaxing and the only thing missing were my pjs and bed as I could have happily slept for the rest of the day.

This was my first time at the Wild Sauna here and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience, my only comment would be that we should have booked an hour rather than 30 minutes as it all went by far too quickly.
