Gets an email asking for a extra $100,pays that. Then gets a order that isn't even mine. Makes contact and don't hear from them again.

Amazing efficient service!
Ordered many products never had an issue. Got a tent recently missing a one part, I called them spoke to some lovely customer service lady’s and within 2 days I had the part! On top of this they gave me a discount on another product as an apology.

Ordered Aluminium Non Stick Griddle…
Ordered Aluminium Non Stick Griddle plates for our business. Arrived with the wrong items in it.Wrang up the company and arranged a return. No problem.
However, another two weeks go by and heard nothing, and made promises that a tracking number would be provided.
