I placed an order on 29th November and to date I have not received the item.
I sent a message to the company for which I am still waiting for a reply / order.

Item never arrived, unable to contact the company via any means (online chat, email). Had to get refunded via bank. Shame, as have ordered from them many times before up until this year.

Have not had delivery. Have e mailed twice. No reply.

Very slow delivery no reply to several emails and live chats. Poor customer service and in future will stick with Molten Brown who give excellent customer service.

Order confirmed and money taken
No product arrived
Told I would be refunded which I didn’t want as wanted product
Asked for the reason non given by email
Very poor service
Very disappointed as love your products

Orders wasn’t delivered, and it took forever to get the inkling that order wasn’t going to be delivered - no message as to why and no apologies for order that wasn’t delivered. Still awaiting refund. Tracking order was even a nightmare. This is definitely the worst order I’ve ever made online.

Absolute waste of time and money.
Still waiting for my order after 2 weeks.
Emailed the sales team 3 times but no response.
Never again!

Scam company

I used to buy the wax melts on Amazon, however they’re no longer available and it’s pretty clear that they have ceased trading on there. So I looked online and ordered thru the website, still allow orders to be paid for yet no tracking information, when contacted there is no response from email or social media, they don’t ship!

I luckily paid with PayPal and got my refund with their buyers protection

I have tried to contact this company by email on three occasions now, my melts were ordered just over weeks ago, and to date I have not received y

My order has never arrived & there has been no reply to my emails. Very disappointing and extremely poor customer service. This was for a birthday which has now passed. No telephone contact number and the tracking does not work. There is no tracking number and the order number is not recognised. Their chat message says “invalid order number”.

My order hasn't arrived and nobody responds to my enquiries.

I received my order in 2 days.
In my opinion that is excellent service.

Made the order 2 weeks ago now and had nothing, not even giving a tracking number. Every time I try and get in contact to ask about my order I get an automated message saying they usually reply within a few minutes, but then never reply.

Although I have purchased this product previously and would rate it highly, in this instance 6 days after ordering I received a refund for full cost from PayPal? With no explanation from from seller ?

Took quite a while for the product to be delivered with several email reminders to them.
Finally received my delivery.
But since this product is so great the waiting made it all worth while in the end!

Quick delivery and very nice product, beautiful smell, exactly the candle which I was looking for

They were Christmas gifts - all arrived earlier than expected and smell amazing!! I will be ordering again soon!
