Friendly and helpful staff always willing to offer advice
I have only made one claim but the help given enabled a very easy resolution which was great because the problems arose from when I had been abroad.
When taking out the insurance I did like the way the costs were fully explained and the staff showed a caring attitude which sadly is missing from so many insurance companies today.

The best service I have ever encountered in the insurance workd.
I have never had anything but polite, informative and personal contact with any of your brokers. If any issue has arisen, be it a claim or even a late premium payment on my behalf, it has always been dealt with efficiently and humanely. That is to say by a human being, and not an algorithm!
