I cannot rate this lovely company highly enough. The items I ordered were absolutely stunning and the customer service was excellent. I spoke with Rochelle and she was lovely and so very helpful. All emails were responded to promptly and I was kept up to date every step of the way. I will absolutely be a returning customer and I can’t wait to place another order!

Ok so we ordered with yourselves as out client picked her ironmongery from your site , we had to open a trade account but still had to pay up front ? Then thanks to your courier we had to wait another two weeks on top of the promised dates as they kept losing it ! To top it when it arrived it’s turned out that most of the product was from the anvil which is the most expensive but poor quality that we could have bought from countless local suppliers . Hope that clears up the low score .

Visiting Willow and Stone is always a highlight of my trips to Cornwall. I loved the polished brass plant hanger and a Matt Johnson calendar; both are beautiful. The plant hanger feels beautifully made, it's a great visual statement and the calendar has some of my favourite views. They always have such a lovely selection of unusual, thoughtfully curated pieces.

Not a professional acting agency. I wrote a comment on a job advert on Facebook asking if it's true they will take 20% of the advertised wage off as fees. Because if this is true, then the wage they're advertising is false and misleading. This was a fair question. I received a rude private message and was blocked from commenting again. This is not professional at all. They should have just answered the query. Absolutely disgusting.

I made a purchase recently via the website, I phoned to enquire about the item I’d purchased and the service I received was exemplary. The member of staff I spoke with was very polite and super helpful, the item was posted promptly and arrived today. This isn’t the first item I’ve bought from Willow & Stone and it won’t be the last. Support independent stores like Willow & Stone or lose them.

I had a little trouble with delivery - but Rochelle was so kind and helpful in getting this organised for me.

Great customer service!!

Woodpecker knocker looks pretty but was extremely awkward to install on a door with raised panels. Despite drilling pilot holes, the head broke off one of the screws. The keyhole template was offset my about 1mm meaning the knocker doesn't sit dead centre on the door. The elbow screwdriver supplied isn't sufficient to do the job easily and some special miniature tools would be required for anyone attempting to do this at home themselves. I could only get 2 of 3 screws into the striking plate bracket. Took an hour to install, not 5 minutes as the Adams & Mack website says.

Ordered some drawer pull handles from them. I think they were too expensive, even comparing them to other high end ironmongery providers. I only went for them as they were the only company that provided the particular design I wanted. That said, the quality and design of the handles is excellent, and they look really classy fitted to the furniture.

This company have excellent customer services and I like to support a small business supplying quality products. I only needed a small wardrobe/door hook and I bought from here as I wanted a quality brass one. The double was really expensive so I ended up with the single which with the postage was still costly. The delivery was not overly quick.
Nonetheless I would recommend them for the quality and overall experience
