Updated DO NOT trust this website!
This company has appeared to me to be a scam.
I did the online will and was able to see it as I went along.
Once I paid the $99
I no longer could pull up the will To Print to take somewhere to get notarized.
I have emailed several times over the last two weeks with no response.
I have tried calling two different phone numbers that I found after searching on the web.
Beware.
Update:::
After receiving an email acknowledging that it was an oversight on their part as far as acknowledging the emails I sent,
I did receive assistance troubleshooting.
It did take 4 more email exchanges and them doing a “reset” in order to get it to download properly so I could print it.
I also was provided with a completely different phone number for customer service that worked other than the 2 that were found online to be inoperative phone numbers.

I am updating my review to say how quick wills.com responded to my previous review and how satisfied I am with the end result with them. They handled my response with the utmost care and respect towards me, the client.
have tried to send a message through wills.com with an error, also called my bank who referred me back to you. I have since tried to call the number on your site with a generic voicemail. I am requesting a refund on my will transaction as I did not realize payment would be taken until after the form was signed, notarized, and uploaded to your system. And even more so now that contact seems to be an issue Please contact me immediately and or refund the charges to my card that the funds were taken from.

Very easy to navigate
Very easy to navigate. The only downside was the inability to make changes after reviewing and paying for the will, but before it was signed. I did not see anything that told me that changes were not possible after I got it all filled out. Otherwise, I'd give Wills.com 5 stars.

I have since found a lot of places where you could get this done for free, but I had to give the all my personal info as it was done on-line. Not a good idea, but than again I sent you my info so I don't know if I gained anything. I also had lots of trouble getting back into my will for editing several times. I still don't feel comfortable with you holding the will info, I wouldn't do it again.

An easy process to begin a necessary task.
The process was easy and an efficient way to start the process of making a will. I like that I can update whenever or if I need to do so. Additionally, I thought the price was reasonable. Both my parents died without a will, and it was not pretty. I promised myself that I would not follow suit. I've already made financial assurances; this will is the last thing, I needed to do to address property and other bequests.
