Bad customer service, long waits
I ordered from Willy Wacky Snacks on Monday the 3rd at 9 am. I emailed shortly after asking if I could pay for a rush processing fee or rush shipping as I needed the order before the 15th for a birthday party and I was willing to pay additional fees. Nobody would answer me. I sent several emails which I have screenshots of, and even waited there claimed 1-3 days for someone to answer my email to which they never did. I finally resorted to commenting on their TikTok videos to which they would only respond that they would get to me and to be patient. I’m now at the point that I ordered from somewhere else and paid more out of pocket to get different items. I’m out $100 on this endeavor just trying to throw my husband a birthday party. I had even emailed asking to cancel and was willing to pay their restocking fee but again they didn’t answer. I spoke to PayPal about opening a dispute and not long after (hours maybe) they sent out the notification that a label had been printed and I would soon get my order. Ridiculous. Do not order from them unless you have a month to wait for your order to even beginning shipping.
