I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent purchase from this company. The dress I received was of very poor quality, far below the standards advertised on the website. Most concerning, there was a noticeable stain on the garment that appeared to be blood. This is completely unacceptable for any new item of clothing, both from a hygiene standpoint and a quality perspective.
The fabric was substandard, and the construction was sloppy, with uneven stitching and loose threads. I immediately contacted customer service, providing photographs of the dress and the stain. At the time of writing, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response or resolution.
I am requesting an urgent replacement with a properly inspected, clean item or a full refund. I would strongly caution other potential customers to carefully consider ordering from this company until the quality control issues are addressed.

DO NOT buy ANYTHING from this company. It is obviously one big scam. Any lawyers out there? How can we stop them trading? We have laws surely in the UK to stop these criminals trading - how come they’ve been able to dupe so many people out of £1000 s for so long ? I wish I’d checked trust pilot first but why would I. It’s a great business model- send out absolute crap for high street prices and then only offer a % refund cos they know no one’s going to spend $50 sending it back to China. Must be making a fortune out of tat.

I ordered thinking it was coming from London, it absolutely doesn't it comes all the way from China and took over 2.5 weeks.

I had to order elsewhere for the christening I was attending so intentionally due to the lateness I informed them they could have it back. They wanted 30 - 50 euros to send back! And tried to say we'll refund 10% if you keep told them no you can refund it in full not paying to send back at that rate. They then offered 20% refund! I thought at that point I might as well keep it and opened the parcel to try on. Wow! It's not even the same dress that is advertised. The colour does not match, the pleats do not match ans there is no thread as shown on the picture to hold the waist tie on! I can't believe how different they are! The dress is also EXTREMELY poor quality and the stitching looks so bad. It isnt even worth £1. I have paid £29.95 for a terrible dress even Shein has better standards. I have since gone back with a picture and said I demand a full refund. I will do my up most to get this company squashed and taken off the Internet. You scammers, with your website that does not reflect anything like what uou get shocking, shocking, shocking DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!!

Why are companies like this allowed to trade in the UK? Complete load of shit! False advertising, bot bollocks posing as Emily. I am contacting my bank for a refund and reporting this company as fraudulent.

I was led to believe the blouse reduced from £69.95 to £34.95 was cotton.linen.it was delivered today via Evri deliveries.It is a cheap polyester material and had no.care label in it.Very disapointed.

Shocking company. To echo what others have said - avoid at all costs. The items look nothing like what’s advertised on the website and the company is based in China rather than London.

I would advise if you have paid on a credit card to do a chargeback - that’s how I got a full refund after these cowboys tried to offer me a take it or leave it 40% refund.

I wished I had done more due diligence before buying - I will do in future!

Just awful. The £29 shirt I ordered I saw on SHEIN the next day. Despite offering "a 30-day money-back guarantee" they want to charge you $30-$50 to return it. Also, the 1-3 business day delivery is utter crap - its coming from China!

Evri delivered the parcel to the wrong location at least half a mile from my home where it was misappropriated. Evri has confirm the parcel is unaccounted for. The Company is not responding for a request for a refund or replacement.

The item I ordered arrive at a local courier's depot. However, the courier did not attempt to deliver and returned the item to the sender … in China?
Carter & Wison are refusing to refund the purchase price until the item is inspected at their warehouse despite the item never having been in my possession.

I wish I’d read the reviews here before buying from Wilson & Carter London. I bought cargo shorts that arrived late, the quality was poor and the sorts themselves were the wrong size(too small). I contacted the company for a refund and make a return, but was put off every time with them offering a partial 10% refund and saying I could keep the shorts. Even though they were too small! After replying to them again to state this, they then offered a 40% refund saying this would save me having to pay shipping costs of $30-$40 to return the item to their international partner in china. Shocking company and totally misleading. Avoid

The jacket has a clean and classic appearance that suits me well. It looks more expensive than it was and feels comfortable when driving.

If there was a 0 star option, I would have selected it. Do not be fooled by the "London" label, as all the clothes come from China. Terrible quality clothing including poor finishing and cheap material, really bad sizing that makes no sense (Order 2 pairs of adults shorts Medium and Large and they were both identically tiny that fit my 10 year old perfectly). The photos on the website are nothing like the items you get. Also if you don't like something, they only accept returns to the China warehouse, which comes at an astronomical cost to the customer.
Stay away from this company at all costs!!

I bought a dress from Wilson and Carton London and it was the most awful thing I have ever received and seen. Everything about it was cheap and wrong to the material, cut, design, shape, style and size. So very disappointed. I was not able to return as they informed their returns are overseas and it would cost me a lot of money, so offered me a replacement. I didn't want anything from them as I knew I would get the same awful quality and design. There was no other choise so in the end I opted for a jacket, it arrive and it was worst than the dress. Avoid buying from this company!!! They are just taking your money for poor quality clothing. Why they can't make decent clothing I do not know!!!

They are a complete scam. The item you will receive will be nothing like as advertised and they won't give you a refund - just offer you 10% back. Their refund process involves signing into their support service...and I didn't get any further.

The company website is misleading, looks like is London based but it's not. It does say 30 day money back guarantee, but after receiving my product I'm strugging to return they insist for me to keep the product due to international shiipping costs. The product looks cheap and of terrible quality, there is no way I will wear that. Stay away from this company, it's a scam!

The banner on the website clearly reads Wilson and Carter London. WRONG they seem to be based in America, but returns have to be made to China!
Ordered four dresses for a holiday, then a few days before the holiday received and email stating the order had not been fulfilled. Had to go out and buy other dresses for the holiday. Asked them to cancel the order. Surprise, another email to say it was on its way and could not be cancelled.
When they arrived, the day before I went away, I opened the parcel, turned bag inside out and left it ready for my daughter to deal with while I was away.
It has been one load of lies after another. Ok I accept I have to pay for the returns, but to CHINA? They offered a 10% money back and don’t bother to return goods. After a few more emails this rose to 50% but the dresses are no longer required, they were also of poor quality. One had a beautiful print on the front, but the back was just lining material with a light jacket over, so you could not take jacket off, as dress just looked cheap and nasty.
I want other customers who may be thinking of buying from this scam of a company to beware. Don’t spend your money here. You will lose all of it if you are not careful.
Try to make a return and you are left waiting 10 days to get the address for this. Then told you have to pay, which is acceptable, the told it May sit in a warehouse for months before it is checked to see it is not damaged, a service they charge you for!!!!! Then you might, just might, get some money back.

Sill haven't received my order even though l getting emails daily saying it us in transit or nearly here. I should gave read the reviews as see this is a dropshoping site from China. Beware and avoid. Even if it eventually arrives l expect it will be shoddy as many reviewers gave stated with their purchases.
