Awful comapny. Rubbish quality. Impossible to actually refund. Not in London but in china. I’ve lost £108 from ordering with this awful company

Just awful. The £29 shirt I ordered I saw on SHEIN the next day. Despite offering "a 30-day money-back guarantee" they want to charge you $30-$50 to return it. Also, the 1-3 business day delivery is utter crap - its coming from China!

Evri delivered the parcel to the wrong location at least half a mile from my home where it was misappropriated. Evri has confirm the parcel is unaccounted for. The Company is not responding for a request for a refund or replacement.

The item I ordered arrive at a local courier's depot. However, the courier did not attempt to deliver and returned the item to the sender … in China?
Carter & Wison are refusing to refund the purchase price until the item is inspected at their warehouse despite the item never having been in my possession.

My purchase has finally arrived WILSON CARTER LONDON (NOT), the AI generated image used by this Chinese SCAM company bears NO Resemblance to the product I have received and the returns policy is so convoluted and expensive....I HAVE KISSED GOOD BYE TO MY £35.00

I wish I’d read the reviews here before buying from Wilson & Carter London. I bought cargo shorts that arrived late, the quality was poor and the sorts themselves were the wrong size(too small). I contacted the company for a refund and make a return, but was put off every time with them offering a partial 10% refund and saying I could keep the shorts. Even though they were too small! After replying to them again to state this, they then offered a 40% refund saying this would save me having to pay shipping costs of $30-$40 to return the item to their international partner in china. Shocking company and totally misleading. Avoid

The jacket has a clean and classic appearance that suits me well. It looks more expensive than it was and feels comfortable when driving.

If there was a 0 star option, I would have selected it. Do not be fooled by the "London" label, as all the clothes come from China. Terrible quality clothing including poor finishing and cheap material, really bad sizing that makes no sense (Order 2 pairs of adults shorts Medium and Large and they were both identically tiny that fit my 10 year old perfectly). The photos on the website are nothing like the items you get. Also if you don't like something, they only accept returns to the China warehouse, which comes at an astronomical cost to the customer.
Stay away from this company at all costs!!

I bought a dress from Wilson and Carton London and it was the most awful thing I have ever received and seen. Everything about it was cheap and wrong to the material, cut, design, shape, style and size. So very disappointed. I was not able to return as they informed their returns are overseas and it would cost me a lot of money, so offered me a replacement. I didn't want anything from them as I knew I would get the same awful quality and design. There was no other choise so in the end I opted for a jacket, it arrive and it was worst than the dress. Avoid buying from this company!!! They are just taking your money for poor quality clothing. Why they can't make decent clothing I do not know!!!

They are a complete scam. The item you will receive will be nothing like as advertised and they won't give you a refund - just offer you 10% back. Their refund process involves signing into their support service...and I didn't get any further.

The company website is misleading, looks like is London based but it's not. It does say 30 day money back guarantee, but after receiving my product I'm strugging to return they insist for me to keep the product due to international shiipping costs. The product looks cheap and of terrible quality, there is no way I will wear that. Stay away from this company, it's a scam!

The banner on the website clearly reads Wilson and Carter London. WRONG they seem to be based in America, but returns have to be made to China!
Ordered four dresses for a holiday, then a few days before the holiday received and email stating the order had not been fulfilled. Had to go out and buy other dresses for the holiday. Asked them to cancel the order. Surprise, another email to say it was on its way and could not be cancelled.
When they arrived, the day before I went away, I opened the parcel, turned bag inside out and left it ready for my daughter to deal with while I was away.
It has been one load of lies after another. Ok I accept I have to pay for the returns, but to CHINA? They offered a 10% money back and don’t bother to return goods. After a few more emails this rose to 50% but the dresses are no longer required, they were also of poor quality. One had a beautiful print on the front, but the back was just lining material with a light jacket over, so you could not take jacket off, as dress just looked cheap and nasty.
I want other customers who may be thinking of buying from this scam of a company to beware. Don’t spend your money here. You will lose all of it if you are not careful.
Try to make a return and you are left waiting 10 days to get the address for this. Then told you have to pay, which is acceptable, the told it May sit in a warehouse for months before it is checked to see it is not damaged, a service they charge you for!!!!! Then you might, just might, get some money back.

Sill haven't received my order even though l getting emails daily saying it us in transit or nearly here. I should gave read the reviews as see this is a dropshoping site from China. Beware and avoid. Even if it eventually arrives l expect it will be shoddy as many reviewers gave stated with their purchases.

Ordered 2 dresses which took weeks to arrive. Both dresses are very poorly made and the material is awful. Dresses look similar to the images which look like well made dresses on arrival look like a cheap dodgy market. One dress material looks like it would melt if exposed ti a naked flame. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

If I could award zero star, I would without hesitation. This has genuinely been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. The website gives every impression that you're buying from a quality British menswear retailer. "Wilson & Carter London" evokes images of Savile Row tailoring, premium fabrics and traditional craftsmanship. The reality couldn't be further from the truth. When it came to returning the item, I was instructed to send it to Hangzhou, China. So much for "London." The suit itself was an embarrassment.

The material wasn't remotely what was advertised. Instead of looking and feeling like a proper suit fabric, it was made from a cheap, shiny, silky polyester-type material that looked more like a low-grade costume than formal wear. It reflected light in all the wrong places and screamed "cheap" the moment it came out of the packet. The blazer was even worse. It wasn't structured like a suit jacket at all. It resembled a flimsy safari jacket with none of the internal canvas, padding or shape you'd expect from a proper blazer. There was no structure to the shoulders, no weight, no tailoring; just a thin piece of fabric attempting to pass itself off as a suit jacket. Then there was the workmanship. The stitching was dreadful. Several rows of stitching ran alongside each other where they clearly shouldn't have. Loose threads, uneven seams and poor finishing made it obvious there was little or no quality control before dispatch.

Even if this suit had arrived on time, I would never have allowed my son to wear it to his prom. It was that bad. The irony is that I actually tried to prevent all of this. Within hours of placing the order, I realised it would not arrive before my son's prom on 24 June 2026, so I contacted them immediately to cancel. They had several days before dispatch to stop the shipment. They ignored my request. Instead, they shipped it anyway, ensuring it arrived after the event and was completely useless. What followed was an endless cycle of emails designed, it seemed, to avoid giving me a full refund. First I was encouraged to "wait until it arrived because I might like it."

Every email was another attempt to persuade me to keep something I had repeatedly said I neither wanted nor needed. They even suggested I keep it for another occasion, give it to a relative or donate it. They completely ignored the fact that the suit was both too late and, in my opinion, of extremely poor quality. Eventually I returned it anyway. Only after I had already posted the parcel and supplied the tracking number did they ask me to send them a photograph of the parcel before it had been posted. At that point I genuinely wondered whether anyone was actually reading the correspondence.

What is even more telling is that after reading the reviews on Trustpilot, I realised my experience was far from unique. Numerous reviewers describe remarkably similar experiences: products that bear little resemblance to the website photographs, cheap shiny synthetic materials, returns being directed to China despite the London branding, repeated offers of partial refunds instead of accepting returns, and lengthy email exchanges before any progress is made. I only wish I had read those reviews before placing my order. Save yourself the weeks of frustration, the endless email exchanges and the disappointment of opening a parcel containing clothing that, in my experience, bears little resemblance to what was advertised. There are countless reputable retailers who actually sell quality clothing, honour cancellation requests and don't make customers fight for a refund. Wilson & Carter isn't one of them.

This company is utterly fraudulent. Postage took 10 days, product was extremely poor quality and bore no resemblance to the sales pictures. Claims that they have a simple and easy returns process are utter nonsense - once I asked for a refund they told me my order had not arrived. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

To say unprofessional is an understatement.
Still waiting for 2 shirts I ordered a month ago.
After 3 weeks of silence from WC, they said we tried to deliver but you weren’t in, BUT I WAS, there is no re delivery policy in any case, when I ask who tried to deliver and what time, nothing comes back.
They then tell me to go to my local P.O.
there are 5 in my area, and I don’t drive any more.
They are just not interested, please don’t be deceived by polite emails you might get from Emily or Victoria, useless
They employ the carrier, they take the money, good luck if you were foolish like me,

The styles look fine, I’m told by another unhappy customer of there’s that the quality is really bad.

Second rate products, possibly 'seconds' as they have many flaws. Asked them to honour their Return Policy which to date they are refusing to do, instead they want more money!!! BE VERY VERY AWARE

Wilson and carter london website is not safe to order the goods. They don’t provide any delivery date details after you purchase the items. When you ask them to cancel the order (before they deliver the item) due to delayed delivery, they refused to cancel the order and not providing any refund. Very disappointed. I think they are cheating customers. This website should remove from UK inorder to avoid misleading name of wikson and Carter London. They are selling their products from another country and not from UK. Waste of time and money.

I have sent multiple e mails and all they will offer is a 40% refund. If I send 4 items back they want me to pay $40 per item.
Items are awful sooooo substandard.
Dont be fouled by 'Wison Carter London' no way are they London based.
They are the cheapest of cheap and with this returns policy they should be SHUT DOWN
