From the start to finish hiring a storage unit. The staff members were fantastic and showed me everything I needed to know. I would recommend this storage place.

Disgusting service, take your business elsewhere.
Disgusting service by the staff at this business.
Constantly blaming things on prior management.
Was told ‘you know nothing about running a business’. Received an assortment of verbal abuse and zero customer service.
Please do not take your business here, just go somewhere else I beg.
Was mischarged by this business and they refused to give a refund. Was also hung up on by the staff. No callbacks as promised.
Also the toilets are always closed??
I think this is genuinely the worst customer service I have every received.
