Wilson Storage - East Bentleigh Opiniões

The complimentary moving van, good communication, and ease of booking were all positive aspects of the experience.
However, I was disappointed that the storage room was quite dusty and not as clean as I would have expected when moving my things in.

Great service and Anthea R at Bentleigh has been so helpful over the years. Highly recommend this facility.

Great staff, fantastic security and decent pricing.

The service I have received from multiple staff has been excellent informative and helpful

Did everything we expected in a timely fashion

The customer service from Anthea was great. She helped organise my storage cage and setup my account very easily.

Anthea is fantastic

Seamless and friendly

Such great customer service, Anthea the facility manager was extremely welcoming and helpful.
The space is clean, general entry and lift access is well set out and easy to coordinate.

Good service by Ali and Anthea! Well explained and transparent with all the details customers need to know to use the storage services. Facilities were well kept and clean too

The staff were very helpful. The facility was very clean and easy to access. It was great to have use of the van to move our things.

Anthea was reassuring from the word go very helpful to a mature lady who had to leave her home also the after hrs access system works very well and is a bonus for time poor people.

The service and facilities are very high standard and we were able to get up and running at short notice.
I would give 5 stars if there was an extra lift to speed up multiple people loading on second floor.

The staff were very helpful in all situations during and even when I need to move due to location.

Convenient and clean

You were so very kind and helpful given my situation.
I couldnt have asked for better service.
I also found your storage very clean tidy and organised.
I would be more than happy to recommend any of my family friends and who ever may be looking for storage
Kind regards

A pleasure to deal with and an ease to move into. The place is so clean and so safe as well.

Anthea went out of her way to help us, while simultaneously helping two other people who had queries. She was never flustered. Also, access to the storage facility so far has been very simple and easy. A great system.
