It’s good, expensive but good. The vans should be available more than they are too and weekend access is limited in terms of office/admin/vans

Service was fantastic but over the two…
Service was fantastic but over the two years (longer than we first anticipated) the cost kept growing. No immunity or reduction in increase for loyalty. The use of the van was excellent. Will recommend but warn against price increases.

Amazing facility with great staff to look after you and your belongings😊
Professional, detailed, very friendly and very accomodating. Explained everything very well and lots of attention to detail. Place is very clean and tidy, we have lots of peace of mind with decision to store our business and personal items with them. Staff were amazing!

I had a great experience with Wilson Storage in Richmond, Anita looked after me from day one like a champion. she was onto it and ran a very good show.
I was comfortable and it felt secure to be there any time of the day/night.

Overall the experience with Wilson was fine and the location is great. Unfortunately there was a tricky member off staff who made my exit difficult, however it’s all been resolved now and I’d still recommend it based on the location.
