Very friendly & helpful staff. Explanations clear- whole process was easy to follow.

Wilson’s storage was great to deal with. All the staff were very understanding and made the whole process very easy since moving houses.

I’d recommend Wilson’s storage for anyone who needs to store or move houses and store anything extra doesn’t fit in your house.

Expensive, but convenient and feels safe.

The facility is always clean and access has always been easy
Use of the van to move in was also an added bonus

Friendly helpful

Great services. Good location. Affordable price.

There were no hassles getting access to the unit at any time

Brendon’s customer service was really exceptional and he explained everything in detail. He showed us the 3 storage units so we were able to see how big they were and gave us a rough idea of how to set it up so everything would fit. I did my research and got a few quotes from different storage units in Rowville and Wilson’s Storage is the cheapest in the area.

Brendon and Karen are the nicest and most welcoming people I’ve ever met. They made renting my first storage unit so easy. Thanks to both of them it was a lot less stressful and nerve wracking than I thought it would be

Brendon was very helpful and friendly.

Robert Rayner is absolutely professional and hands-on. For many years, he was extremely helpful with our storage. He never hesitated to respond to our emails promptly with a solution and an answer. Robert, I am grateful for your service.

The guys at Rowville Wilson Storage were great to deal with over the years. Very professional and communicate when required. Highly recommended.

We needed a small locker for important papers, instead we were given a wine storage locker, we constantly asked when would a normal small locker be available.
When cancelled our locker this week, we were told there was a cheaper option of what we had been asking years for? WHY weren’t we informed of the alternative after paying more than necessary for storing a few papers in a refrigerated wine storage locker??

Friendly, professional and thorough introduction to the facility.
Facility well presented, clean and very accessible

Prompt service
