Wilson Storage - Williamstown Opiniões

I have only just signed up but from the first call to wilson I have been very satisfied, Nadia Fruci has been very informative and always available. Thanks Nadia

We arrived to unload . I had paid Removalist and had to wait an hour before being able to stack the area. There were 3 other groups in in storage areas next to ours who were doing the same thing. This cost me an extra $150 dollars. This system does not work . I have had storage before at a different company and this was never an issue. The removalists also pointed that the lift was very small requiring greater time to unload so we were at the storage for 2 hours and there was no toilet .

Team were very informative and friendly. Gave us a tour of the facility and found a storage unit suitable to our needs. Followed through with all the necessary paperwork and access needs,

Great service. Very efficient and great to deal with. Helped make my move go smoothly

Great service
Great staff friendly
Easy to get to your junk
When you want

Easy booking process. Incredibly organised and clean facilities. And Nathan couldn’t have been more helpful.

The service provided and guidance in helping us to secure a storage space was fantastic. The pricing was also very competitive, but the personal service provided won us over.

Good location, customer service by the staff is good but the product/price is not the greatest. Had a ground floor drive up unit but had multiple (4 times in 10 weeks) issues where i couldnt drive in/out of my storage as there was either a customer vehicle or a Wilsons van in the way .

Staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

The customer service is excellent and the overall everything is good too
Thank you

Excellent servuy

The staff were brilliant.
The facility is clean and fresh.
The prices were very reasonable.

Wilson’s Storage in Williamstown North where I dealt with Nadia and Nathan. Awesome customer focus very accommodating and fresh. My needs were the most important item on their agenda from the time I walked into their office. Very welcoming and supportive to my needs. Worked fast and diligently to secure the right storage unit for me. I have to say the atmosphere in the office was the most pleasant and welcoming. Greatful to have encountered Nadia who was a true asset to Wilson’s and Nathan who was guided by Nadia and shows great prospects for his future in Wilson’s. Thank you both for making a hard time bare able, much respect and appreciation 🙏

The customer service made my experience better from the get go I would recommend Wilson storage Williamstown as top notch. They really do a great job a genuinely caring company when it comes to storage.

Super helpful and friendly staff have made the whole experience easy.
