WDH Has the Best Staff
I have purchased tickets through Wimbledon Debenture Holders four times, and their staff are always outstanding. When I write for assistance, they quickly respond. The same with telephone calls . . . always pleasant and professional.
And when we had some access and seating problems a few years ago, their staff went out of their way to make it good. Such excellent people.

Responses were prompt and very respectful. The sequence for ordering tickets was a little confusing. I was told to set up the app Wimbledon 2026 but not told that this app was not yet available. I was also asked to provide my contact information in the order email but there was no place to put a phone number except by separate response. Still, overall very good.
