I had a Professional and excellent service and care from contacting the clinic until Hair transplant procedure was completed .
My first appointment with (my Trichologist) Marie -Royce Book was amazing .She was professional ,empathetic and kind .She explained all steps in details and addressed my anxieties with evidence based answers .
She basically hold my hand through out the procedure and checked on me regularly from the day of the surgery until now ( 3 weeks after surgery).

Dr A Mussa was great and put me at ease from the minute I saw him ,his professional and kind mannerism installed huge confidence in me .I was given all needed information to make an informed consent .
The whole team was amazing and went above and beyond of my expectations.
I am still waiting to see the results but am happy with my decision to proceed with hair transplant at Wimpole clinic .
I recommend the clinic as a first choice for hair transplant and definitely Marie-Royce as your Trichologist and Dr Musa as your surgeon .

From start to finish what a great experience with the wimpole clinic! Mihir was so helpful communicating from initial consultation to op day keeping me in the loop with all the details and aftercare. Dr fotis and team did a splendid job and I would highly reccomend anyone coming here for a hair transplant.

Never felt pressured into anything and were only too happy to accommodate all my questions and worries.

Felt from the very first contact that there was always going to be someone to reply and explain.

Whole process was seamless and well explained - the hairline was built to look very natural, with no indication it looks like a hair transplant.
Everything needed for proper aftercare is given - Adam, my contact, was always available with questions and would regularly check in during the healing period, to ensure everything was going smoothly.

Amazing experience. Despite feeling very anxious, every single person in the clinic made you feel welcome and relaxed. Jonny was fantastic as my Patient Adviser who checked in regularly before and after surgery. On top of everything, the results are amazing and couldnt recommend Wimpole enough!

I am one day post-operation, so the results have yet to fully bed in; this review relates entirely to the build-up towards the procedure and the procedure itself.

I went for a consultation a couple of months ago and met with Stephen, who talked me through the procedure and what to expect. He was extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and not pushy in the slightest. He was incredibly responsive to messages (of which I had numerous) and was an exceptional patient liaison.

I decided to go ahead with the surgery for both my crown and the hairline, with 2,300 grafts taken in total. On the day of the procedure, my team comprised Dr. Bari, Sophie, Manz, and Vinnay. I could not have asked for a better team. They were diligent and efficient, and there was a great atmosphere in the procedure room itself with "DJ Sophie" selecting the tunes.

The procedure took about 8 hours, split into three distinct parts. Regarding the initial extraction - I won't pull any punches here - the injections to numb the area were painful, but the rest of the procedure was remarkably easy and went by very quickly.

All told, it was a great experience at the clinic and I'm excited to see the results. A huge thank you to all of the team; I cannot recommend them enough. A special thank you to Stephen, who provided platinum-level service.

I went to Wimpole in August 2025 for a hair transplant and am writing this feedback over 6 months post-op to see if I would hear anything from the clinic and to see the progress in my hair. I have been left with an uneven/wonky hairline after having the worst experience.
A week after my procedure I returned to Wimpole to complain to Derek Bailey (Operations Director) about how poor the experience and outcome was. He essentially went back on what was agreed in the meeting and I have not heard from him since September 2025, and neither Dr Dayah since the day of surgery. I was assured I would not be left in the dark for the time following and yet it has been over 6 months and I have not heard a word from anybody.
Dr Dayah was rude & barely spoke to me about anything to do with the procedure and what it is I wanted etc. There was no consultation-style chat/prior meeting, and I was told I did not need to come up a day early for this, however, later I was told by another Doctor (Dr Barry) there should have been an initial consultation.
Dr Dayah asked if I was happy with the hairline he had drawn and I initially agreed, but, upon looking further I didn’t like how high or curved it was. I asked for him to please come back in to the room and adjust it and he proceeds to explain to me how if he brings the corners down too low and makes the sides straighter it would look feminine. He gets his phone out of his pocket, showing me a picture of Brad Pitt, showing/explaining to me how masculine hairlines should have corners further back. He barely changed it and I felt that I had to trust him/that I had no other choice as he wouldn't change it further. I was told it would be 2000 grafts also, yet the area & density does not look it at all.
Post-surgery you can see the left corner is different from the right corner and is still the same now. During the procedure when the grafts were placed in my head, Dr Dayah was only present for the incisions and anaesthesia, that's it. This procedure was meant to be “his” work, yet he wasn’t there for 90% of the time, he didn't take any grafts out or put any grafts in. The technicians were talking about their dating life and at one point they even questioned one another on the amount of grafts they had done and swapped halfway through.
Upon finishing the technicians ask what I do for work. I said personal training and one said: “ oh she likes a PT” and giggled. I found this uncomfortable and highly inappropriate.
There was no final chat/formal meeting with Dr Dayah to check everything, this was supposed to be his work yet he didn’t even come to see the final result.
This whole procedure and the last few years of living with hair loss has taken a massive hit on my mental health and not once at any stage was I asked how I was.
During my formal complaint in person I was told I would not be left in the dark during this journey, and that if touch ups were needed they would be done in the future. We eventually agreed that I would be guaranteed a second procedure free of charge in the future, which was agreed with Mr Bailey via a handshake, yet, he has retracted that offer over email and I have had no contact from anyone since, ultimately being left in the dark.
When I went up to complain even Dr Barry agreed with me that it was uneven, noting that the sides did not look the same. Dr Moussa was present and told me to “cover my hair up and use a product to cover the unevenness” once it grows out, and said that no one will see/notice. The whole point of the procedure was to get a straight/even hairline. I didn't ask for it to be uneven.

I was deciding for months whether to do my procedure at Wimpole or in Turkey and I wish I had chosen Turkey. I would not recommend Wimpole to anybody, especially not Dr Dayah, who is meant to be the head surgeon of their Mayfair clinic. They only care about their high-profile clientele and treated me vastly differently from what you see online and on social media.

I feel humiliated, insulted and embarrassed.

Had a hair transplant at the Wimpole clinic and Husnain made everything easy for me, he guided me through the whole process and took care of me throughout. The whole process was very simple and smooth which I was very happy with. Thank you to Husnain.

James was fantastic guiding me through the process and checking in to see how I was doing post-opp. The clinic and staff were fabulous and made the whole experiencing relaxing and stress free. It was no where near as scary as I had imagined and I would definitely do it again.

Very easy process from start to finish. Staff are very friendly and above all knowledgeable, never felt in the dark or unable to ask questions. Actual day of surgery went very smoothly and all the post operation communication has been great. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Hopefully final results are as good as the experience but so far they look great!

I would highly recommend the wimpole clinic from my first consultation to the aftercare, I was well looked after from Husian who was on hand to answer any questions and concerns I had, Husian made the whole experience with the wimpole clinic easy and the aftercare was exceptional.

I met with Mihir for my 6 month review since surgery. My experience has been great since surgery Mihir & the team have provided outstanding aftercare since surgery answering all questions in a very timely manner. I did consider treatment abroad however for me it's been amazing having such an outstanding service close to home. The team are all very friendly and helpful and would highly recommend this service.

For men, talking about and doing something about hair loss is a massive thing. From the moment I first spoke with Husnain to my 6 month post op check in I was made to feel at ease, listened to and cared for, by him and the entire team with such professionalism. Thank you Wimpole Clinic. The results speak for themselves.

I booked in with Dr Meena and team in December 2025 for a beard transplant I had patches hair that didn’t grow in places. I didn’t want it to look unnatural so was nervous about it from the start, but the services I received from weekly correspondence with KJ to seeing Dr Meena was brilliant. She understood I didn’t want straight lines it must look natural. 6 months on what a great job and I highly recommend Dr Meena and the team.

Huge thank you to Stefano-Dr Barry -Marius and Seenu for making the whole process as simple, pain free, and relaxing as possible. It’s only two days after surgery, but all is going well. Already had several follow up calls to make sure all is going okay. I would recommend!

These guys are honest and considerate. They give advice and recommendations even at the expense of making a few more bucks for themselves.

I have now had two procedures with Wimpole Clinic, which puts me in a good position to comment on the consistency of their service and standards.

My first procedure was with Dr Malkani and my second with Dr Ricardo Correia 18mths later, and on both occasions I found the clinical care to be professional, reassuring and of a very high standard. The teams on the day were calm, organised and clearly experienced, which made the whole process much easier than I expected.

A special mention should go to Stephen, who managed my case throughout. He has been excellent from start to finish — responsive, knowledgeable, supportive and genuinely committed to making sure everything ran smoothly. Having one reliable point of contact throughout made a huge difference and gave real confidence at every stage.

The aftercare has also been first class. Any questions were answered promptly, guidance was clear, and I always felt supported after the procedures rather than forgotten once treatment was complete.

Choosing a clinic for something like this is a big decision, but based on two positive experiences I would have no hesitation in recommending Wimpole to others.

Everything from the initial consultation to the procedure itself was professional and reassuring. Dr Barron and his team treated me well on the day itself, and I was kept informed of what was happening. Husnain, my Patient Advisor, was excellent at staying in touch daily after the procedure, despite being on holiday! It's early days yet, but everything seems to have worked well. would recommend.

Have been worried for a year about my hair. Came in, was examined and was told I didn’t need to have a transplant. That there were meds to try out. I had already tried a few well-known meds and had bad experiences with them. Told Jonny about the stuff I was worried about and he gave great advice. Was seen by a surgeon who told me the same.

Overall, my consultation was great. I was given solid advice. 4 months later, I’m feeling better and better due to that advice. Jonny was understanding throughout the entire conversation.
