Good customer service.
The company does a good job replying and doing there very best to keep customers happy. I seen the negative reviews and really, it does not make any sense at all. I have only been with them for about 2 months but I see nothing wrong. Be happy for a company that give out an excellent price rate.

We had hosted our IT infrastructure at the common hyperscalers before and gained a lot of experience around cost and customer support. Win-VPS wins in both categories. If you are not an expert in navigating the multitude of steps in setting your AWS, Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure virtual machines, Win-VPS is one of your best options. The set up is very simple and fast and the support staff value their customer very well.

I'm getting a late answer but they solve it all about double charges into my account I think is a good company but with a little problem using payments using euros from Europe customers.

Not 99.5% uptime
How can you run a hosting company and have a schedule outage once every 2 weeks for 6 hours. If you can live with service being out for half a day every month guaranteed then you will be fine but for most people who need their server with a true 99% uptime then there constant shutdowns every 2 weeks will not work for you.

Our technicians will do a software update and will update some servers' components such as memory and hard drives. Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, we still do not have information about your order, because you did not provide it. You should provide the number of any paid invoice.

The fact that you have this letter and have paid invoices on a regular basis confirms that a virtual server was provided to you and you used it. Therefore, you have no legal right to call us "crooks" because you have been using our service. Nobody scammed you and the service was provided within the framework of the Agreement.
When you rented a virtual server, you accepted the Agreement that states that we will carry out regular maintenance of our hardware to provide you stable services. This is our commitment to our customers and we must fulfill it in accordance with the Agreement.
Please note that the server was provided to you in accordance with your desire to purchase it on the basis of the Agreement. For this reason, you cannot and do not have the right to write that we are “crooks”. This is an offensive statement that has nothing to do with the truth.
In the Agreement, we promise our customers that we will regularly monitor and maintain the hardware in order to prevent possible failures. Is that why you called us "crooks"?
We want to warn you that if you do not remove information from this site that damages our reputation by claiming that we are “crooks” we will be forced to take legal action.

Many people believe that they can just write a review here, damage a company's reputation and it will go unpunished. We will not tolerate this and will file lawsuits on every such case.

Now, let’s talk about what causes so many negative emotions in you, about our regular maintenance. Perhaps it will be useful for other customers to know and no one else will call us “crooks” for this.
First of all , virtual servers of our clients have uptime more than 99.5%, which is fully consistent with reality, since the total time of maintenance does not exceed 3 hours per month for each virtual server. This is usually 1-2 hours per month.
Due to the fact that we regularly maintain our hardware we have no cases of hardware failure. Thus, the guaranteed average uptime exceeds 99.5%
We never promised 100% uptime as this is clearly a scam. Unlike unscrupulous companies we promise a guaranteed 99.5% uptime, but in reality it is around 99.6% - 99.8% and depends on the location where the virtual server is installed.
In email letters (which you provided), we always indicate the maintenance time with a margin, so that in case of problems with the hardware, we have more time to replace it.
It is not difficult to calculate that the service downtime time does not exceed 0.5% of the total time. Moreover, this maintenance is done regularly on weekends (currently 1 time every 30-40 days) and guarantees our clients 100% stability, reliability and safety of their data. For this reason, more than 30,000 people have become clients of our service, which is confirmed by the company's tax reporting.
We use only the most modern hardware:
DELL and HP servers with Intel(R) Xeon(R) Gold 5218 CPU @ 2.30GHz
DELL and HP servers with Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2667 v4 @ 3.20GHz

with SSD RAID-10 Arrays
You won't find many companies that use this kind of hardware for providing a VPS hosting. Each host server in the cloud is manually configured and verified by our engineers to ensure even more uptime.
We hope you understand, that this hardware requires regular maintenance, such as replacing broken disks in RAID-10 arrays or replacing failed RAM modules. In addition, to improve security, we constantly update the operating system on the host servers, and this cannot be done without a reboot.
Maintenance should be done regularly, especially in environments where many virtual servers are running and where reliability is required.

I believe the negative comments seen here are nothing more that the competition. Im a new client to Win-VPS and they seem to be doing what they say.

Speed of service is great. Sadly I wasnt told about email not being allowed by default and I spent over 48 hours trying to configure my email client. Finally they say they will unblock ports to allow me to use email. Still waiting for this to happen. Im now a week into my service plan with no workable solution. Come on guys please sort this.

Hello,
By default, we are forced to block all mail ports, such as 25, 110, 465,465, 993 and 995 because of too many spammers and hackers trying to buy our virtual servers for their illegal activity. Most of VPS providers do the same thing. We turn ON these ports only after a customer receives "identity verified" status. This is absolutely normal practice and helps us to prevent a lot of abuses and to protect other our customers.

It's good based on my experience.
I am a bit confused, why there are bad reviews. Probably only people with issues are making the review and others are not. I am using one of their VPS service for the last two years.
BRONZE 2 & 3 packages. They have been good. They do some weekend updates, however, I'm not affected as I needed the VPS usage Mon to Fri only.

This is really bad, i purchased a 33$ vps never got it, and they set it to fraud, and then i went into paypal to write to Win-Vps if i could get the money back, but i never got answered i then went back to Win-Vps website again to contact their live support, and they said that it would take some days and that is like 2 weeks ago and i cant get in contact with them now,
