Horrible verification process
I’m trying to go through the verification process to redeem my SC and it’s getting ridiculous. First I sent my DL and Phone bill. DL was expired and they don’t accept phone bills. They asked for a utility bill (even though a phone bill is a utility bill) and my passport. So I sent pics of my passport and internet bill. They said I couldn’t send a cropped photo as the passport was cropped to just show the passport itself. Pretty weird but ok so I sent an uncropped photo of my passport (which now shows my hand and my wall which again is weird) and internet bill. Then they respond with saying I need to send my internet bill in PDF form. So I just did and am now waiting on a reply. This is getting so beyond ridiculous. It honestly feels like they do this on purpose to stall and get you to play with your winnings so you lose it. After this attempt if I don’t get verified or they ask me to do something else im filing complaints with every organization I can think of from the FTC to the SEC etc. it’s not a lot of money but it’s not the money it’s the principle. If I get verified and my redemption goes through I will come back and edit this as well as give a 3 or 4 star review.

Permanently Self-Exclusion
Nice selection of games, but the perks, bonuses and customer service is below standards as far as I am concerned. I find it difficult that they have so many great reviews and winnings, because I couldn't see a bonus worthy even if I bought it. They actually don't practice social gaming rules, but instead harass you if you ask to be permanently self-excluded. I really didn't have a complaint against the casino because I'm no fool when it comes to my hard earned money, I saw that I wasn't going to win anything and they were going to continue to take every penny I gave them, so I decided to leave rather than complain, but my account is still open after requesting that it be permanently closed. I will give them until the close of day to honor my request or I will file a grievance of complaint with the Attorney General's Office and the BBB for every state they operate in because social gaming should be at the discretion of the player, not the casino who is the issue in the first place.
