Awful company , redemption time and verification was a disaster , the promotions suck, barely have the games I want , the RTP IS AWFUL!!! Doesn’t even feel like I’m playing the same provider games. I gotta say I usually dont have the greatest luck I usually only maybe win $10-$15 tops, and I've never ever hit a jackpot. This all changed this morning I've been playing Snoop Dogg dollars. I was having good luck and then I went on streak where I was only getting maybe 10 $.20. Then all of a sudden I got a bonus game and it awarded 10 spins and then I got 12 extra more for getting three more symbols. Then something happened and my jaw dropped and I had to make sure I seen things right. I hit the mega jackpot on a $.20 spin for a $2500 payout. UPDATE I feel bad that I have to do this but I'm gonna have to take my ranking down to 2 stars because of a few reasons. I've been going through a nightmare trying to get my account verified. Because on my bank statement it says ETRADE by Morgan Stanley. Which is a business product of Morgan Stanley Private bank which is no different than Chase, Bank of America, and other likes and is not the same as Cash app or PayPal it's not a BAAS. It's also not a brokerage account. But I'm being told I cannot use it because it's not a real bank statement. I've emailed direct deposit forms every form I can get my hands onto that says it's a checking account and I'm still getting refused. I submitted my verification last Sunday so it's going on nine days. I know if somebody actually went and manually reviewed it they would see the difference. It's not fair because it doesn't list in the terms and conditions about E*TRADE or Morgan Stanley. E*TRADE /Morgan Stanley is actually accepted on other platforms. So I'm hoping somebody will see this and can clear this up and help me out and then I have no problem putting my rating back to where it was. It's just that I shouldn't have to go through this just to get my bank account verified which is a real bank account.I don't don't feel that is right to argue just because it says E*TRADE on the statement and come to the conclusion it's not a checking account.
