Quick and easy service
I was very pleased with the service provided by WinDor. There was constant communication throughout the process on WhatsApp, and it was an easy process to design (something that I found a challenge on competitor websites!), purchase, delivery and install. Overall the whole process took a month. Quality of the door is also very good, and I would highly recommend them.

Was nervous ordering online but Bash was so nice and not pushy at all, I told him what door and handle I wanted and he sent me pictures. He kept me informed on delivery date and installation date. I would highly recommend.

Great communication from day one. Bash sent me brochures and factored in my budget, with no secret add ons coming later. The door arrived within 10 days and was fitted in 2 hours by a friendly team. Door looks amazing and has rejuvenated my house. Will use this company again

Great door and buying experience
After picking our door on line and placing an order, we were contacted by Bash. He made sure we knew what we had ordered and explained clearly what would happen next.
As we were having the door fitted, Bash got his team to come and measure up for the new door, giving us a date and time they would visit. Once he had this information, he contacted me with a delivery date explaining that the door would be fitted the day following delivery.
I have to say that, due to past experience, I took these dates as moveable.
There was no need to worry, everything Bash said would happen did, and the door looks amazing now it's been fitted.
Couldn't recommend WinDor enough. The product and the buying experience was superb and I can't think of anything that went wrong. Very well done!!!

Great price for such a high quality door.
Bash was very helpful when I placed the order. I had never fitted a front door before but he helped me through the measuring and gave advice for fitting it.
The price was great and the quality of the door is exceptional. It was also delivered on the day I requested.

Even though I hadn’t heard of this company before I am absolutely delighted to have discovered them! The customer service is exceptional and the product faultless. The whole experience was easy, right from browsing at the start to all the questions and help that I needed.

We’re so happy with our new door from Windor Direct! The whole process was very easy - designing and ordering online was simple, and it arrived exactly on time.
It looks great and really suits our home. We arranged our own installer to save some money, and it worked out perfectly.
Overall, we couldn’t find a better price, and the customer service was friendly and helpful, keeping us updated all the way. Family and friends have already complimented the door, and we’ve happily recommended Windor Direct to them.

Very quick turnaround
I found Windor online and thought it's too good to be true. Cheaper and quicker than the big boys?
Aa quick turnaround was exactly what I needed for my situation.
So I dubiously ordered a 5 day door half expecting it to not come in time and for me to get a late delivery discount but it came with no delays.
I'm no door expert but there doesn't seem to be any cut corners here to get it out the door so quickly.
I asked the door fitter about the quality and he could see no concerns and he fitted it with no issues. It also came with a 10 year warranty so that's a bonus.
Overall great experience and saved a lot of money and time vs other established brands.
